When I was there, several people had walked around with absolutely nothing covering their faces and the staff did not care or even attempt to address it. After seeing this (and potentially being exposed due to their negligence) I approached the front desk to ask about the mask policy, I was told "well some of our patients have medical conditions, so they can't wear a mask" (to be clear, the people I saw without masks did not appear to struggle with breathing in the slightest). I am appalled that a business providing health care can't be bothered to protect its patients.

Calling back about an hour before my cancelled appointment, the receptionist said they cancelled because they couldn't confirm my insurance coverage but have gotten it straightened out. She asked me to come in. I had already told my husband I would watch the kids and could not come to the appointment and would need to reschedule. So we schedule for next week. I get another call saying that my insurance isn't accepted and if I came, I'd need to pay $55 per appointment since I'm out of network. At this point, all these calls and messages are nuisance calls and wasted my time. I could have been searching for a physical therapist that my insurance covers. While I cannot comment on the actual service, the front desk is disorganized and likely structured to get money from you. Hard pass

Krista's work in helping to alleviate the lower and mid-back pain I'd been experiencing for the past six months has been nothing short of miraculous. Before seeing Krista I'd seen another physical therapist, and the difference between the two was like night and day. After only six sessions with Krista, the improvement in my back is unbelievable (unbelievably good!). I don't know how she does it, but every time I present Krista with a new twist on my back issue, she comes up with an exercise - or does some "hands-on healing" - that resolves the problem almost instantly. The evaluation she did during my first session was extremely and impressively thorough. She also really listens when I describe what's going on with me and offers always great, always spot on, solutions. I never feel rushed during my sessions and it's very helpful that she emails updated videos, which include include any new exercises she's added to my twice daily at-home routines. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Troy and Henry. Aside from always being pleasant, both have been amazing at helping me with the exercises I do at the facility and with scheduling. I still have some more work to do, but I'm very, very grateful to Krista for all she's done to get me back to being the happy, almost completely pain-free, person I was before I found her.

I like the fact that I can get chiropractic and massage at the same office, it has been very convenient. Dr Ken takes it as a personal challenge to resolve your issues, using a variety of techniques and even giving you 'homework' of stretches to help improve your condition. I also must compliment them on the office and treatment rooms, it is a new facility and very nice (love the relaxing pictures and music on the screen in reception). I have not yet tried the classes in yoga and qi gong, offered as part of a total wellness approach, but the studio space looks nice.
