These are the best PTs EVER! I've needed to go for a knee, then a shoulder, then for balance after a fall over a one and a half year period. Every time it was a great and restorative experience. I read some of the negative comments below that just don't make any sense with what I saw over my 3 therapy plans. They know what they are doing and they are doing it well. I can't say enough good things about the care and treatment provided by the entire team at ProActive PT. They truly care about your well-being and give you the attention that's needed to help improve your health and healthy lifestyle. I went for nine sessions for a knee issue and was treated wonderfully by everyone. They celebrated my successes and made sure I was healing and progressing each time. I experienced two sessions of dry-needling at the suggestion of Scott and I am so glad I did. This treatment did wonders for me. I'm so grateful to have ProActive in Green Valley! I was charged $30 ($150 total) per session for services that were subsequently covered by my insurance. I have tried since April 2024, calling, sending receipts and eobs and they have refused to give me a refund. I had a wonderful physical therapy experience here but their business practices and their parent company, Foothills Sports Medicine, are not honest and I would not recommend doing business with them again. read more

I'm late in getting my review in, but I remember it all. Scott and Misty and staff helped me immediately following a TKR. I'm in my 70's and I was scared! But they were the best motivators and therapists ever! Getting my knee to go straight was hard! But I loved their motivation and answers in how many seconds were left with stretching it straight and bending it! My doctor was very pleased with my progress during the 11 weeks of therapy and extremely happy with my end results! From my initial little sways on the bike to actually pedaling totally around the wheel, I could see my progress! The staff knew me by name and they watched carefully my moves to make sure I was completely the exercises correctly. I went from March 15th thru May 24th. Started with 3x a week for several weeks and then 2x a week. The receptionists were all very kind and very helpful. Thank you all for your amazing work and outstanding attitudes! read more

This is the worst place I ve ever been for phisical therapy, they are unkind,it starts from the desk ,receptionists with no customer service skills...they cancelled my session because I got there 3 minutes late but they have a full room filled with " non therapist ",talking,laughing and doing basically nothing, I don't believe they are certified to do that job.The place is filthy,unsanitary, I had to ask to change the pillow sheets because they looked so dirty. I will make sure to report it to my insurance, so no one will have to go through what I did.. read more

First I have to say my therapist Andre was outstanding. I hated not having to return, but due to the disrespect of the front office staff & when the owner said he would see me due to my complain at a certain time which I was off that day & took the time to meet with him he was too busy stating he had clients. Archie was constantly speaking to me in a rude tone & reprimanding me in front of the other patients. I've been in PT for 20 yrs and none of the offices I've been to have NEVER disrespected me. My therapist knew I knew my PT routine & allowed me to do them without needing to be babysat allowing them to focus on other patients. I was at the coffee counter & there were no coffee cups on the counter. So I looked in the counter which I have done many times not trying to disturb the front staff BC they were busy. Archie yelled at me from across the room to stop looking in the cabinets. She could have easily got up or call my name & asked me if I needed help. I was fuming because this was the 4th time she had disrespected me. Andre spoke with Scott & Scott said he would see me tomorrow @ 11. I made a point of being there on time & all he had to say he was too busy to see me he had clients. My belief if a patient has a complaint resolve this issue so ones business doesn't get a negative mark on yelp. Word of mouth is powerful. I'm not saying the customer is always right but now I see why Archie was able to get a way with this treatment of me. read more

The people in the back are great! But watch out for the money hunter at the front desk. Not even a lawyer has charged me $400.00 an hour. On top of that, ridiculous excuses and attitude. Additionally, I am receiving bills after I already paid. Find a better outfit if you can. I completely regret choosing what was the closest place without checking on them first. I guess if your budget is not an obstacle, go for it. You've been warned. read more
