ProActive Physical Therapy is by far the best rehabilitation centers in Tucson and Green Valley. I've been to numerous physical therapy centers and have come to realize that the others pale in comparison to ProActive. The leadership and personalized care of Scott Jackson at this facility is top notch. Scott takes his time with each patient, gets to know them on an individual basis to find out what their specific goals for their PT. He makes a plan based on the individual and follows through with it for the entire rehab process. The PTA's that Scott has working with him are also exceptional. They employ the same philosophy as Scott with their patients when it comes to personalized attention. The technicians are always courteous and caring when working with their patients. They take the time to work with you to make sure you understand the movements and always work with you on proper technique ensuring the safest and most rewarding experience possible. Scott and his employees are all very accommodating, extremely knowledgeable and caring people. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a personalized physical therapy experience. I just finished another successful PT session at the ProActive in Green Valley. I have a herniated disc and bulging disc in my neck which gave me chronic pain and headaches until I started going to ProActive. I went to another facility first and I went home in tears because they made my pain worse. I almost didn't agree to try PT again, but I thank my lucky stars I gave ProActive a chance. While I primarily see Dr. Scott Jackson, I have also had the opportunity to work with Caleb and Connor and all three therapists have been wonderful to work with. To say they are knowledgeable and compassionate is an understatement. Chronic pain is debilitating, exhausting and depressing. I now have my life back thanks to this practice of dedicated individuals. It should be mentioned that the entire staff from the front office ladies to the physical therapy assistants up to all physical therapists are friendly, patient and empathetic to the patients that come seek treatment there. I'm late in getting my review in, but I remember it all. Scott and Misty and staff helped me immediately following a TKR. I'm in my 70's and I was scared! But they were the best motivators and therapists ever! Getting my knee to go straight was hard! But I loved their motivation and answers in how many seconds were left with stretching it straight and bending it! My doctor was very pleased with my progress during the 11 weeks of therapy and extremely happy with my end results! From my initial little sways on the bike to actually pedaling totally around the wheel, I could see my progress! The staff knew me by name and they watched carefully my moves to make sure I was completely the exercises correctly. I went from March 15th thru May 24th. Started with 3x a week for several weeks and then 2x a week. The receptionists were all very kind and very helpful. Thank you all for your amazing work and outstanding attitudes! read more

My favorite office representatives are awesome, kind and frendly they definitely know how to deal with insurance companies and scheduling makes it easy for everyone. Props to Emmerie!... and Vanessa is a bad ass!!! The assistants Mayra, Estefani and Marco are extremely knowledgeable, RESPECTFUL, welcoming and kind. They motivate you and communacate with you every step of the way. Definitely feel their POSITIVE VIBES. The PTA Conner, Misty, Andre are totally a bad ass team! Havent had Caleb work on me but I guarantee he's a bad ass too! they difinitely care about your well being and encourge you to trust the process as long as you give it your best and DO YOUR exercise at HOME!!!
