When I was there, several people had walked around with absolutely nothing covering their faces and the staff did not care or even attempt to address it. After seeing this (and potentially being exposed due to their negligence) I approached the front desk to ask about the mask policy, I was told "well some of our patients have medical conditions, so they can't wear a mask" (to be clear, the people I saw without masks did not appear to struggle with breathing in the slightest). I am appalled that a business providing health care can't be bothered to protect its patients.

They always review my chart and we always pick up where we left off no matter who I am seeing.
