I own a rental in Myrtle Beach and this is the second time I've used Pro Action. Even when the tenants let their dogs pee on the carpet, they manage to get the carpets looking and smelling like new. I will continue to use them and definitely recommend to anyone that wants a clean home! read more

This company worked miracles with our carpet. We had pet stains, and very dirty carpets that had not been cleaned in years. ProAction was professional, thorough, and pleasant to deal with. If you are looking to have your carpets cleaned, upholstered chairs cleaned, these are the guys you want. Their price was very reasonable as well. We will make carpet cleaning a regular occurrence and we will use ProAction. read more

From the first point of contact which was a search looking for carpet cleaners to the appointment. Karen was such a pleasure to work with. Her and Rich are professionals and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them, they don't just clean your carpets and furniture they give them a new life. We weren't aware we needed one and there was a sign posted that said walk ins welcome. He left us to wander the store on our own and didn't come over to ask if we had questions or pay us any attention at all really. We asked to take home a couple of samples. He gave us a business card. After a few days, I contacted him to set up a measurement appointment. He came out and did the measurements and said he'd get back to me the next day with a quote. I waited, but didn't receive the email he'd said he would send. A day or so later, I missed a call from him while working. I returned his call that afternoon, but got no response. I tried twice the next day with no results. I decided to wait until today while I wasn't working to try once more. I left voicemails every time I called. I left one this morning and got no response by their closing time today. I'm through trying to give them any business. There are too many other places to go where I would hope we'd be treated in a more considerate manner.

Pro Action Carpet Care is awesome!! Karen and her husband cleaned the carpet in our rental property in April and we couldn't be happier. They were quick, thorough, and did a terrific job removing several pet stains without a problem. We were also pleased that they didn't "nickel and dime" us by adding additional charges after they finished like some companies do. Their process is great--the carpet was barely damp when they finished. And they are really enthusiastic about their work, which was a nice surprise. I have only wrote one review before. Proaction Carpet really deserves a very positive review. I did all research on line and decided ProAction Carpet Care is the very best. I was not disappoined. I like most waited 11 years to have my carpet cleaned. Their process was perfect in removing all the soli areas and stains. The carpet looks new again. The company is owed by a husband and wife. They do the work, he does the two stories and she does the one story. If there was a higher rating I will give it to them. All came at a very reasonable price. Just got our carpet cleaned and I'm impressed! They were very professional and knowledgeable. We had multiple pet stains and wine stains and they got everything out. Before they left they had us walk around and made sure we were 100% satisfied, which we were! I also like the fact that their pricing is very reasonable and they don't "nickle and dime" you like some of the other companies.
