My workplace hired this company for duct cleaning. We have been getting our ducts cleaned every 2…read moreyears for a decade now and this is by far the best job we've had done. There were 3 men that showed for the entire week. One who worked the equipment in the ceiling, one who worked the equipment on the ground and a younger man who went behind and cleaned the vents and returns. From my perspective, this is the most thorough any company has cleaned our vents. Not only did they vacuum out the ducts, they covered the vents prior, so debris would not come flying out and make a mess (which no other company had done). Then they followed with vacuuming the exterior of the exhaust vents and then used a spray cleaner to clean the exterior of all the vents and returns. They may have even done more, but being a commercial job, I didn't follow them around and see all that they did. I also did not have any personal interaction with them. But I can say, the vents in our 35 year old building have never been cleaner, and they didn't make a mess while doing their job either. Even though they may seem higher priced than other companies, you definitely get what you pay for. And Alpine does an excellent job! Definitely hire Alpine for your residential and commercial needs.

This is one talented individual who will do a great job. A friend mentioned The Dryer Vent Tech, and sent me a photo of their business card. Their website made scheduling incredibly easy. I was able to,pick a time that worked for me and got a confirmation back that the appointment was accepted very quickly. Keith called when he was on his way, arriving at the promised time. He did a great job and cleaned out a bird nest and about a half pillow case of lint from the vent. He also found that the duct had been crushed in some previous work I had done...which was in 2007...so I then knew it had been over 16 years since I had had the vent cleaned! Yikes. He un-crunched the duct and that combined with the cleaning has my dryer working so much better! The $189 price for the second floor vent was a great deal. I will definitely have Keith come out again at the recommended 2-3 year intervals going forward rather than over 16 years!

The heat pump and air handler for half our house broke down at the worst possible time. John was incredibly responsive and had his team out to our house same day to check out the issue. They started work first thing the next morning, replacing the broken equipment, and then upgraded our furnace and AC units to more efficient models. What stood out the most however was the above and beyond service. Jesse and Cody were very thorough and even looked at things that others would not have. They double checked that some of the older equipment from the house was handling the updates correctly. They were able to identify where we had some bad electrical wiring and recommended an electrician. Our house is feels significantly comfier (temperature wise) than it ever had before. Highly recommend this team!

What a great store and family owned business!…read more We went on a Saturday morning with the intention to buy a vacuum. My husband had already done some decent research on brands and styles he was interested in but did want to see, touch, try out before purchasing. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by Kayla and welcomed in. We asked about the Miele brand and models. Kayla was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and had excellent suggestions/tips to share. We found the ones to try, and picked the one the wanted. Kayla put it together for us and even carried it to our car! Talk about amazing service! Important note: They absolutely sell more than vacuums here. And I think we will be back once we are ready to upgrade our dishwasher, stove, and maybe the refrigerator too. Incredible team, thanks for the help!

Talked my husband into it, we bought it, 2 weeks later I wanted to take it back because it is a bear to push and pull on padded carpeting. We were 1 week past return time. Even though my back suffers greatly after using we are stuck with this, for us, a useless vacuum. Maybe this is why they last so long. For me the vacuum is unusable so I would give it a one star. The business was very good at what they do - 4 stars. That rating is because we made it very clear that I did not want a heavy vacuum. We tried it out on their thin carpet..nothing like what we have at home. Disappointed was looking forward to a new machine that would work for us. This is my personal experience - you may find it differently. Also the attachments don't stay attached.
