My car was totaled and the adjustor sent me an appraisal that didn't match my car at all, all of them either had accidents or had almost double the amount of miles. Henry and Ana gave me a second opinion and ended up negotiating with another independent appraiser and got me an additional $2,000 for my car! Highly would recommend using them. They wouldn't be interested in working with you unless they knew they can get more for you! 10/10 read more

My car was parked and a driver crashed into it and totaled it. The accident was 0% my fault.... you'd think my insurance ( Progressive ) would fight for me and make sure I was made whole.... nope. My own insurance undervalued my vehicle, they didn't care what I had to say, they didn't care what proof of value I had. Progressive sent me a list of comps that were not comps at all, it was a list of 2wd vehicle ( my car was 4wd ) they didn't care what I said or how I said it. I was frustrated, mentally exhausted and becoming overwhelmed by it all. On a Saturday evening I sent provalue a message, they responded quickly and asked me to send my files over to them and they would look at it on Monday morning, I did and Henry called me around noon on Monday and told me I was right, I deserved more, and he would get it for me. It sounded too good to be true, it wasn't. When it was all said and done, thanks to provalue I ended up with 4k more in my bank account, THIS IS AFTER PAYING PROVALUE'S FEES 4k more, its a huge improvement, it makes a difference. I should have contacted ProValue right away, I wasted weeks thinking Progressive would fight for me.....well Progressive didn't fight for me, Progressive didn't make it right, But PROVALUE DID FIGHT FOR ME Thank you to the ProValue team! read more

Pro Appraisal was able to double what my insurance had offered. Fast professional service. Thanks Henry and Co for the help 100% legit

The team was great, fast with communication and provided the services they say do. My insurance was under pricing my vehicle and ProValue got me about 25% more than what the insurance was offering. Don't be taken advantage of by the insurance companies! read more

I highly recommend Pro Value Appraisal. My vehicle was declared a total loss, and the insurance company initially gave me a ridiculously low valuation. I had a one-owner vehicle with very low mileage, yet they were comparing it to vehicles with nearly three times the mileage, which made no sense. Pro Value Appraisal stepped in, did a proper evaluation of my vehicle, and helped me challenge the insurance company's valuation with real evidence. Thanks to their work, the insurance company increased the actual cash value of my vehicle by a significant amount. The difference they made was absolutely worth it. They were professional, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to handle the appraisal process. If your vehicle has been totaled and you feel like the insurance company is undervaluing it, I strongly recommend contacting Pro Value Appraisal before accepting their offer. They can potentially save you from leaving thousands of dollars on the table. read more

I highly recommend Henry Terteryan at Pro Value Appraisal. Henry did an excellent job representing me during the appraisal process and successfully negotiated and recovered an additional amount for my vehicle beyond what the insurance company had originally offered. He was professional, knowledgeable, and persistent throughout the process. I really appreciate the work he put into making sure my vehicle was properly valued and that I received a fairer settlement. If you're dealing with a total-loss valuation and feel your insurance company's offer is too low, I definitely recommend reaching out to Henry. Henry was quick to respond, honest and generously helpful with his advice for my car diminution! I highly recommend.

Very transparent and fair. They helped me win my case and made everything super easy.

I found Henry through Yelp and I'm so glad I did. Tesla was low-balling my car's value after a totaled car crash and Henry was able to get me more than they originally offered. The process took some time (typical Tesla), but Henry kept me updated throughout the way and answered all questions I had. His rate for his service is very reasonable and I highly recommend him. Thank you for all your help Henry!! read more

Had an accident with a 2015 volt and the insurance company was giving a lowball offer using their standard CCC car valuation report and the adjuster with the insurance company was not responsive at all when I would send over other comparable cars that proved my car was worth more. I looked around and found Pro Value Appraisals and called them up and spoke with Henry and after speaking to him I decided to use him to contest with the insurance company. This was totally the right move in a few days he got me thousands more than the insurance company was offering and took all the stress out of the process. I could not recommend Henry and Pro Value Appraisals any more highly call them you won't be disappointed. read more

If you have a total loss evaluation, you must hire Henry to help get what you are owed. My car was stolen shortly after I purchased it and not only did the insurance company undervalue the car, they undervalued the aftermarket I put into the car like PPF and new wheels. Within 2 weeks, Henry was able to have the car valued at appropriate market value as well as get full payment for all of my aftermarket. Not only did he increase the valuation from insurance by over $20,000, he also is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He answers right away no matter what time of day and keeps you up to date throughout the process. read more

I'm going through a highly contentious divorce. I needed a vehicle evaluated and I called Henry. He got together with a gentleman that he worked with to do the evaluation. It was different because it was in a non-op status. They preformed seamlessly and got the evaluation completed within days. Then, they went a few steps further than that and revealed their heart, right when I needed it most. May Our Lord continue to Bless you both. I will never forget and He will always know. Fantastic appraiser. My vintage Baur convertible was rear-ended by a preoccupied Tesla driver and before I could have the rear repaired, it was damaged, again, in a collision with an SUV. Henry achieved a very good price for that beautiful 323i Euro car which made everything better. I can now search for another car to restore without stress. read more

I can't thank Henry enough for how incredible he was in helping me with my insurance claim. After my Tesla Model Y was deemed a total loss, Geico came back with an offer that was way too low. Henry stepped in, negotiated directly with them, and got the offer raised to a much more fair value. He handled everything with professionalism, persistence, and expertise--I honestly don't think I would have gotten this outcome without him. As someone who sometimes falls into the trap of the "It is what it is" mentality, the prospect of challenging my insurance company's valuation of my car wasn't even on my radar until a friend introduced me to Harout (aka Henry). Since our very first conversation, he has been a fierce champion of mine, fighting for my just due and, unlike so many others, being open and constant with his communication throughout the process. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Especially given that he wins when you win, I can wholeheartedly say that he's worth every penny. Thank you, thank you, thank you. read more
