I had previously had a vehicle buffed twice and a ceramic coating put on the truck to protect the paint. Most of the scratches went right through. A couple months later, car vibrating from front with burning smell coming from front wheels. Took it back to Porter`s and spoke with manager Tyler. Upon inspection, apparently front pads were not replaced at the previous visit and I was told that the $85 was a brake labor charge. Pads were replaced this time and I was charged an additional $65 for "pads only." Pretty shady in my opinion. I will not go back. They have lost me as a customer. My advice, go elsewhere for service.

Fortunately, the tow job for which Eric had been dispatched did not materialize, so we asked for his help. Because we do not have a spare tire (BMW insanity) as a favor to us, Eric called many tire stores until he found one that had the tire we needed and could work us in before they closed. He towed us to the Firestone Store in Oak Ridge in time for them to replace our tire, and he made certain we were good-to-go before he left.
