We have a multiple amputy Veteran that we help as much as possible. So when a bolt sheared off underneath the mover on the pully assembly, we all started putting our heads together to try an get this taken care of for the Veteran. We approached Stauffers with a donated amount of money to get the repair done. Stauffers was very willing to help, in fact when it came down to picking up the mower and returning it to the Veteran we where surprised to find out Stauffers would not allow us to pay for the repair. They took care of the entire job including the parts. With no request of us. And wanting nothing in return but a handshake and a thank you. This is what customer service means. A selfless act wanting nothing in return. Stauffers will always have my business 100%

He had no idea what was wrong with it, he found David's Equipment Repair, not only were they able to come out to us and give us a diagnosis, they were also able to provide him with a quote for the work the forklift would need all within the same day! They fit us in for that week to service our lift, and not only is our lift running like new, but the customer service was amazing! They're quick and very knowledgeable. We've decided to keep them around to service all of our lifts every month, they do basic tune ups every month and check for proper operation so that they never break down. Most negative reviews for that company....and there were a lot...is what I experienced. They made it seem like my livelihood and existence was because of them. Not the other way around. Only reason I didn't give more stars is because 1, I can't and 2 it took two service calls because they didn't have a new pump and motor on the truck the 1st time. But then I thought, why should they carry every part for every appliance from every manufacturer. Bob did an excellent job. Thank you. My experience has caused me to not only call the warranty company and advise them to dump the first contractor, but has lead me to write my first yelp review. Highly recommended them.

I wasn't informed of this damage and when I got home to my surprise it looked tacky. I told them they should make customers aware before repair that this damage may occur and leave it up to the customer to repair or get a new oven.
