We had them out then and we were really excited about how well everything turned out. Recently we had them out because, well, new dogs and crazy weather, we trashed our carpets recently. I called around to find out who we used when we moved in. Fortunately, I found them again, they had all my info. And again they did an amazing job. Great experience. Highly recommended. Update - I had spilled an entire bottle of red NyQuil and it looked great when they left, but I later learned that carpet dries from the bottom up. So, it came back after a few days. I called them back and absolutely no hassle, they came back and fixed it. It looks great. However, don't spill NyQuil on carpets.

Would give zero stars if it was possible!…read more Never again! After 30 years of bringing them all my drycleaning I am done with this business. The one time they make a mistake and ruined 4 couch pillows, they refused to take responsibility. The tall girl called me a liar when I told her the pillow covers were not like this when I brought them in for cleaning. SHE was the liar! The pillow covers had normal wear-just like every time I brought them in to be cleaned, without a problem. I was shocked to be treated this way after 30 years of no issues. I will not do business with a company that doesn't take responsibility when they screw up, nor with a business that calls me a liar, when it is them that is lying.
