Months has gone by using this methodology which turned my hopeful expectations to monotonous disillusionment.The worst part of the whole experience was feeling alone in my delima. During this period of time I enlisted the aid of several recruiter companies to assist me in finding something adequate. My expectations for these type of services was the same expectations I would have from the guy behind the counter at Starbucks. It is because of this status quo of this generic consumer orientated approach to most services out there that the experience I had with Riverpoint stands out so much. They also continued to be my go-to staffing agency at the same factory and almost always provided excellent individuals, many of whom I was able to keep long-term. When I did have a problem with one of their temps, they immediately responded with a resolution that I was comfortable with.
