They were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. A week later (Friday, July 17, 2026) I noticed the side gate was not easy to open and close, so I called Classic Fence. It turned out the repair crew was nearby and would arrive within an hour. Sure enough Julio arrived, made some adjustments and replaced a part of the gate. Thank you!!! The work crew that came were awesome and the poor guys had a hell of a time. Full disclosure, our yard is large but old, with old pipes and a pool as old as the house but no blue prints of where those pipes are. During construction they inadvertently hit the pipes that I had no idea were located, and which they warned me ahead of time could happen. They worked through it all, came up with options and solutions, and were polite and energetic in the execution of it. I cannot say enough about those guys and I really appreciated their work. Some things just cannot be helped, but it's how a company and it's crew react - and they were all awesome. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again at some point in time. When I have time I'll post pictures of the new fence (gotta find some from before the fence too).

I reached out to him late on a Friday afternoon regarding gate and garage door opening solutions. I wanted to be able to have a keypad and bluetooth control options for gate and garage. I would've been happy to just start a conversation and schedule something for the next week but to my surprise Avi managed to fit me into his schedule that evening. Further to my surprise, Avi was able to assess and outfit my gate with a solution on the spot (he had the parts on hand). The garage door opener needed a separate part which he didn't have on hand but he was able to get it first thing on Monday - he probably would've got it faster but the parts shop was quite reasonably closed. To have a solution for the gate and garage in the span of a couple hours was priceless to me when everything else has been a headache. What made it all the better was that Avi provided these services at a great, honest value. I would finally just like to add that Avi is just a great guy. He was super courteous and knowledgeable. Sean dug out the old concrete, installed the new posts and allowed the new concrete to dry over night before building the gates. That is a big deal. Most companies try to finish everything in one day and before you are finished, the posts are sagging and doors no longer close properly.
