Jenson came by to look at the roof and said he would send someone to reattach the siding. That was December 3rd. I have reached out to the company several times but get no response. They promised a quote for the roof job and that was never delivered. I guess I have to call another company and pay to get my siding reattached. They do a nice job, but obviously don't care once the work is complete. If this is how they treat a return customer I can't recommend this company.

I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. Dale was involved during the entire process and the stone mason and carpenter he brought in were great. The porch and stone work turned out better than we expected. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.

He told me he doesn't do storm doors for the type of door I have and a patio door alone is too small of a job and he doesn't have the manpower. Didn't even ask when I needed it done to perhaps fit it in on a slow day. Money must grow on trees on Main St in Robbinsville! Very rude tone and seemed to have an attitude that he just didn't give a crap about a small job. Other door companies were more than willing to take the work. All the way down the line, these guys were just not honest people. I suggest you get references from local people and find an honest contractor to do your work.
