Horrible experience. Fraudulent business. Dishonest staff. I was referred to Pro PT by my primary. I had no previous experience with PT nor have I ever had a treatment plan involving multiple provider visits within a week for several months. I was fearful about the cost but I was somewhat encouraged because the front desk staff reviewed my insurance and OOP costs and told me they are always transparent about their fees. I made sure to ask about OOP costs since I am on a budget. Again, they assured me all I owed is the copay, due at every appointment. After months of infective treatment I did indeed get a surprise bill for $700! I was told that they made a mistake when verifying my benefits. I told them I had the paper stating I didn't owe anything OOP. I was told they would not waive the fees or meet me in the middle even though the error was not mine. I would have NEVER agreed to the treatment plan if they were indeed upfront about my cost - I don't have an extra $700 in my budget. read more

I was referred to PRO-PT by my regular doctor for some pain I was feeling in my hip. After an initial consultation with a staff member named George, a plan was developed to address my condition. With every visit my condition began to improve, and motivated me to continue a similar plan at home. The staff were very polite, compassionate, and friendly. She is very knowledgeable, and she is always very focus on her work; what she does....she makes it look easy. Such a professional, she remembers all the clients names, and I know I'm missing a lot more of what she does. Had an amazing experience. I'm a young athlete I had a lower back injury during baseball. Rocky and his staff had me back on the field in no time. I've been treated numerous times. They have the philosophy of getting you to the point you don't need them ASAP! They do not drag your therapy out. They do not drain your ins company. I showed up for a scheduled appointment that was arranged by my doctor. They told me my insurance was not active. I have had an active Blue Shield policy since February. My wife and I have visited a number of doctors without issue, but these guys couldn't figure it out. The gave me a call and offered an excuse. An apology would have been appropriate. read more

The care and treatment that I have received from PRO-PT is professional and thorough. I have, unfortunately, received treatment at another local facility and left there feeling demoralized with decreased mobility. Ronnie, my physical therapist at PRO-PT, I am thankful to report, is encouraging, respectful of my needs, and quite well-informed. I appreciate that he has provided me with a daily practice plan and that I am now much more optimistic about my spine and its functioning. Both Ronnie and the PRO-PT aides use sound medically-based practice yet are friendly and attentive to all of their patients. The facility itself is well-lit, clean, and nicely equipped. read more

Had a good experience until my assigned therapist left and they assigned me to a new one who I handed my new order for 16 more sessions , the new therapist did not look at the letter or ask about it, just tossed it on the receptionist desk, then did not want to put hands on me during session, personal training is nice, I am paying for therapy. The session started with the aid asking me if I had paid, I had actually paid her in advance a few days earlier, and when she asked me that time I was paid up, don't know when the aides started the bill collecting but it is annoying, especially when they don't know what the situation is. They have a ton of folks with shoulder injuries and they will have a ton of them at the same time making equipment access difficult, that and the one and only arm cycle that has only one strength setting obviously needs repair, nice when an aid laughs and says "we know, we told Rocky" . It was good, but they just lost money, I am out. read more

I tried chiropractic care, acupuncture-which I loved & massage therapy before coming to Pro PT. Nothing was working and I was seriously having to consider back surgery. I wasn't ready for the continuous surgeries people have to go through every 10 years or so after having their vertebrae fused. My therapist challenged and pampered me through the rehabilitation process. She was intelligent and professional and in a short amount of time I was back to work.
