I was given a date for a technician to come out. I was told an email would be sent with a date along with a picture of technician Brandon Falnnagan. First class at the office. I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle. Clean, well maintained, says al lot before the technician steps out. Brandon stepped up to the door dressed in company shirt, introduced himself with a smile. I invited Brandon in, he placed covers over his shoes. (THOUGHTFUL) We addressed the issues I was having with aunts. We covered the areas, Brandon went along with his inspection. My situation covered fire alarm,attic, outside areas. After inspection, Brandon shined as professional as he introduced himself. Knowledge of the trade, knowledge of products, explaining every aspect of products. Product that are safe for the home owner/pets/plants. The products I was using as a past spray applicator, I was controlling the issue. No need for service (HONESTY) not selling me a service I did not need. No charge for inspection. Jack S. , One of their techs came out in 15 minutes and investigated around looking for signs of mice, etc that I had called about . He looked in the attic, around in rooms and all the way around our house and just couldn't find any droppings or any signs of them .( We had heard scratching in the walls we thought) Anyway , he said he's not seeing anything but as a precaution he'd put 2 snap traps out in the garage to see if they get anything ( for free , btw) and left with a smile ! Amazing the genuine care and honest appraisal of the situation and didn't try to sell me on some kind of package , when it was clear we didn't need much of anything around our nearly brand new home ! What a breath of fresh air of the ethics Jack had in dealing with our situation ! I highly recommend Jack and Pest Tech without question or reservation! Call them first !

Even when you clearly explain the pest problem upfront, they insist on sending someone out just to "take a look," which can take weeks. After that, the actual treatment appointment is scheduled weeks or even months later -- and often gets rescheduled due to vague or unforeseen reasons. The end result is endless delays and very few actual service visits. By dragging out inspections and repeatedly pushing appointments, they effectively reduce how often they have to come out, while still claiming the service is unlimited. Meanwhile, the pest problem remains unresolved. If you're looking for timely, proactive pest control, this approach feels more like a tactic to avoid service than to provide it.
