I'd definitely take my money elsewhere. There are plenty of other nail salons that will take better cate of you. The complete lack of disregard for client comfort was the biggest turn off for me. My tech consistently filed down my cuticles causing them to nick and bleed several times even after I asked her to be more careful. There is literally no attention to detail at all, the acrylic form was sloppy, paint job was sloppy, I had to ask to fix several times until I just ran out of time and had to go to work and gave up. To make matters worse she kept blaming my nail and skin anatomy for the sloppy paint job... I've never had an issue anywhere else. My pedicure was sloppy as well. They also switch techs around on different clients and just leave people waiting to get polished for 20-30 mins instead of just having one tech finish the job all the way, which was really strange to me. read more

I decided to get a nail color change for my acrylics randomly since I didn't like the outcome of my previous nails. The ladies here were very nice and welcoming. The place is very nice and clean. They liked my boyfriend very much because he spoke Vietnamese to them. If I lived in the area, I'd give come back for an acrylic set. Do not come here! I had a horrible experience here. The nail tech kept putting nail glue and dipping it in a neutrogena powder. She Repeatedly added nail glue as a layer build with the powder. Never used any gel polishes or products to build my nail. She did a sloppy job with the design and my cuticles were destroyed after. It's super bubbly and there's a gap where you can see all the glue bubbles and fake nail. Worst set I've ever gotten and paid for gel products she didnt use. 2 nails have broken off already in less than a week. She was constantly knocking stuff off her table during the session and even knocked over the business phone when checking me out. I'm not sure if she was rushing or maybe on something. It wasn't busy either so I'm not sure why she was rushing to the point of knocking things over. Everyone was nice I feel bad Leaving this review, but I fear for people having the same experience. I'm not going to lie I was very hesitant about going in especially with them not having that many reviews and pictures but was so desperate to get my nails done I decided to take that risk. I paid $32 + tip for an acrylic gel manicure! Today I went back because my thumb nail broke off which was actually my fault. The front desk guy was super nice & luckily, Cindy was finished with a client right when I got there because she took me in without hesitation. I was referred to Pro Nail Care by a few friends & I am so glad I went. We were greeted warmly by Mai (one of the owners) who also did my nails. My mom was also with me and Luz did her nails. What a pleasant experience! The salon was clean, modestly furnished & quiet. Most manicurists don't shape my nails the way I like but Mai took notice of the shape I had & filed them perfectly. She also cleaned under my nails which I've found that lately the manicurists haven't been doing unless you ask. Both women did a great job on our pedicures as well, which included a rather long & relaxing calf/foot massage. We will definitely be back! read more

I've been coming to Pro Nail Care for about 15 years now and have never ever had a bad experience. I always go to Holly for my nails and she is absolutely amazing! She doesn't use drills on my nails, does everything by hand, and use's odorless powder which is one of the best for nails. All the equipment here is sanitized and cleaned, all the ladies are super friendly, I won't go anywhere else! Worst nail salon I have ever been too! If I could give it zero stars I would no doubt! I had an appointment at 4pm for a pedicure and full set and upon arrival the lady said it was at 4:30pm when over the phone it was confirmed for 4pm! Still had to wait a whole hour to get seated and for someone to start my pedicure. When done with my pedicure I got seated somewhere else to wait for someone to come do my nails. Some other lady had an appt at 5pm and got seated right away and even got a full set!? She was a first time customer just like me! Meanwhile I was still waiting for a while for someone to still do my acrylics. It was 6:30pm and I got fed up so I left. 2 hours and a half waiting for them to just keep taking people in and seating them! Their problem is that they over book appointments and try to rush everyone and end up doing such a horrible job!! I will NEVER return back to this nail shop. Such horrible service!! Please avoid and look somewhere else because they also charge everyone different prices! When booking an appointment expect to sit there for 30 minutes - 1hr. Horrible service. I walked in and asked if someone was available immediately for a manicure and pedicure. I was told yes, no problem. I waited for a half hour before someone started my pedicure. The pedicure took an hour. In the mean time 4 other people came in had their services and left. At the end of the pedicure I told them that I needed to leave because it had been an hour and a half and they hadn't even started my manicure. I went to this salon and asked if I would be able to get an acrylic fill with gel color and a pedicure. Sure they said. I sat in the spa chair and they began the pedicure. The lady did a good job, no complaints. But my problem was that the pedicure was completely done and nobody had started my nails yet. When I asked how much longer, I was told yes, someone will do for me, but everyone was busy. I just needed to know exactly how long it would be because I needed to return to my child at home. It was then things went downhill. Now talking back and forth in Vietnamese to each other, and in what I perceived to be in a not-so- nice tone, I was escorted to another chair and a lady stopped working on another client that came in after I arrived, and she started my nails. She had the drill on very high and was going so fast that it burned me once and slipped off my nails two other times and cut my cuticles. From start to finish I was done in less than 30 minutes. That includes removing existing gel color, filling the acrylic, shaping and applying new gel. They look horrible. I have never had such mis-shaped, uneven and lumpy nails. I was hoping this could be a new salon for me to frequent but sadly it will not be. I felt like I was inconveniencing them with my business. read more
