I was called and told to come in to follow up with my ultrasound No Problem the Dr told me I could have surgery and to pick dates upon leaving great! The PROBLEM I have is I was charged $70 to literally JUST walk in the door As I leave I am told I owe $70 to a complete and total surprise to me I asked what for because I literally had had nothing done. This is his follow up appointment fee. I was not told of this fee prior to my appointment so disgusted I cancelled my surgery dates right there. I was not told of this fee of $70 to walk into the office. Not impressed I feel completely scammed I would not have gone for the follow up and would've just picked surgery dates. Completely put off and will not recommend this office to anyone. So to the Dr/owner of this office I will not be booking this surgery with you and I will be going elsewhere. Your hidden follow up fee should apply to people having continued treatments done not for people coming in to speak to you for 5 mins regarding a potential costly surgical procedure. Five minutes later, another staff member took me into the exam room, and realized that she'd left my file in her office. These two interactions left me feeling a little disconcerted.
