After seeing Chris Frost on and off for ten plus years for occasional and recurring lower back pain…read morewhich Chris was able to mitigate shortly after every visit, I somehow for the first time in my life developed Plantar Fasciitis on my right foot and at a random visit I mentioned this to him during one of my back pain episodes. The pain got worst over a one year period. I have cement floors in half my house. Chris advice was to never walk bare-footed from the moment of waking up to the time I went to bed. Well after following his advice the pain slowly ebbed over a six month period and I am now totally pain free and the only cost was a pair of in house slippers with good support. I'd give Chris 5 stars and recommend him to everyone.
