My experience, however, was of being ignored anything until a long-time neighbor's customer requirements caused Wells to come by. There was also a continued failure to respond to my telephone messages when I had a sprinkler system. I detected a general disinterested in working for me. I suspect that this company has lucrative long-term accounts and does not really care about anyone new. My advice? Consider another provider if you are a new resident in Grand Traverse County.

Sure, I did a hitch in the USN. But though the Navy said they'd teach me everything I'd ever need to know, they never mention sprinkler heads in boot camp and "A" school. Fortunately the Lautner Lady found the product I needed, and patiently explained how to get it to do what was needed. I just installed and tested it; it works fine.
