I love this Tile store. There's lots to choose from at whatever price range you're looking for. My contractor Matthew Bombly recommended that I go there and just my mentioning I was working with him they extended his contractors discount to me on my tile. I've worked with everyone in the store at one time or another and they were all knowledgeable and very nice to work with. read more

Started out great. Very nice lady running the show room. Fair Pool Tile prices. Here is my big problem. We bought pricy upper end pool tiles to be done while resurfacing our complete interior. The " Gold " color that runs through the tiles leached from the back, running down our brand new surface leaving brown / gold drip lines. Proline says it can't be the tile making the stains because it takes several hundreds of degrees to liquefy . That may be what the manufacture says but the stains running down my new concrete finish is at the tile line and the stains can be plainly seen on the backs of the left over new tile. I purchased thousands of dollars worth of pavers for my swimming pool patio including new coping in July 2015 through Proline Tile that were made by Flagstone Pavers in Brooksville. I was specific to ask the quality of this paver company and was told they were excellent by Proline. During July, it was the rainy season. It appears that the coping was not correctly formed or cured. The coping soon began to show brown spots and pitting and entire pieces of coping were darkening (all of the coping with brown spots). The coping is cement colored, so it is not forgiving. neither the owner of Proline, Dennis, NOR the owner of Flagstone has yet to come out to review these sub par coping pieces. The owner of Proline had me send him pictures (I had requested he come out several times) and sent the tile guy over to remove a piece of coping. I have yet to have the tile man come back to replace it. I have received excuses from Proline and Flagstone that include: It is caused from the sealer (we NEVER sealed these); it is caused from the oak trees (we have NO oak trees over the pool screen) and he told us to purchase and use a product that didn't even touch the brown guck in this coping. I find it interesting how both Proline and Flagstone can opine when they has never seen the coping job. I have spent the last 3 weekends scrubbing the coping with this product and it looks no better than had I used water. My pool looks horrible thanks to this company and I have no recourse after months of requesting assistance. With the coping, I will have a few pieces with the brown guck, then several without, then more with and the coping is discolored throughout the pieces which indicated DEFECTIVE PRODUCT... I should have chosen another paver and tile supplier and wish my tile supplier would be more responsive and customer service oriented after spending the total amount of money I have with their company for my outside remodeling!!!!!! BTW a month later I purchased more coping from a different lot for my front porch and it has had minimal pitting and no staining.
