The owner, Joel, lies through his teeth, makes promises he can't keep, and hires inexperienced, ill-equipped staff. If you hire them, be prepared to wait a long time for your job to get done, and to deal with many problems with them along the way.

After having my screen fixed by them just a week later it broke in my pocket with nothing else in there, also my ear piece stopped working after she "fixed" my phone. So I called to tell them what had happened and I was told the owners were out of town and I would have to wait till they got back. Once they got back the owner argued with me about it and told me they use the same product apple uses on phones and there was no way the screen broke in my pocket like that. Also followed up with a VERY unprofessional argument on a social media site "new Williston connection". So she fixed the ear piece that she did not put together correctly the 1st time she changed my screen. So I took my broken phone I had paid $160 to get fixed and just bought a new phone. I took my phone in to Apple to see if they could fix it, they told me the inside of the phone was poorly put together with missing screws inside my phone and the quality of the screen was just about as cheap as you can get with screens. Even though Brandy from Bakker tech told me it was the same quality as Apple. Obviously a lie. The guy at Apple was very shocked to hear how much I paid to get it fixed considering she messed it up so bad. To the point that Apple couldn't fix it. So I have to say I would never take any products to bakken tech unless you want your phone to start glitching after they put it back together, and a very unprofessional small business.

Pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received from the new T-Mobile store in Williston…read more I had been planning on leaving T-Mobile for another provider as I haven't been happy with T-Mobile when they took over from Sprint a few years ago. I had been a Sprint customer since 2005 and wasn't happy with T-Mobiles service since they took over. Service when I come to Bakken oilfield hasn't been very strong until very recently. I was saved in the 11th hour when I had called to prepare cancelling my service an going with Verizon or AT&T. I actually got a knowledgeable staff member that actually listened to my concerns and presented me with some plans that would be suitable for me. I decided to come in to the store to meet with this staff member named Amber. She was straight to the point, no pushy sales pitches and just laid out what options they could offer. Their rates were actually better than Verizon and AT&T. I ended up getting the 5G Gateway WiFi that I can plug in to my truck outlet and remote work sites with power outlets. I'm getting warp speed internet out in the middle of nowhere which is where I'm usually working. Thanks to Amber, I will be sticking with T-Mobile.
