When the work finally gets completed the real struggle begins. Their accounting department seems to be staffed by disorganized children. I had been a Sprint customer since 2005 and wasn't happy with T-Mobiles service since they took over. Service when I come to Bakken oilfield hasn't been very strong until very recently. I was saved in the 11th hour when I had called to prepare cancelling my service an going with Verizon or AT&T. I actually got a knowledgeable staff member that actually listened to my concerns and presented me with some plans that would be suitable for me. I decided to come in to the store to meet with this staff member named Amber. She was straight to the point, no pushy sales pitches and just laid out what options they could offer. Their rates were actually better than Verizon and AT&T. I ended up getting the 5G Gateway WiFi that I can plug in to my truck outlet and remote work sites with power outlets. I'm getting warp speed internet out in the middle of nowhere which is where I'm usually working. Thanks to Amber, I will be sticking with T-Mobile.
