Stay away! Their…read moreservice technicians are adequate, when they finally show up. They take entirely too long to respond to service calls. They seem to be grossly understaffed. When the work finally gets completed the real struggle begins. Their accounting department seems to be staffed by disorganized children. When you finally get your invoice, many moons after you have forgotten they even came, it is usually wrong. By the time you come close do resolving charge disputes, they are sending out threatening collection notices. In the future, I will not do business with Gaffaney's in Williston.

We have had Gaffaney's providing printer services for us with mixed results. Usually they get the…read morejob done, but it often takes more time than it should. We have also had them come in for minor issues, and when they leave the device has more problems than when we initially placed the service call. They are fine for most small businesses with only one or two devices, but if you have high printing demands, look elsewhere.

I have always left the store satisfied and happy that I stopped in. On many occasions, I've had photo copies including hole punches and additional items needed for my work. A lot of standard office supplies can be found here. I believe they also have a tanning service and little coffee bar in the store. A majority of the items are high priced but that is standard for Watford City. One of the best things about the store is the convenience of getting what you need right away and the customer service. You feel welcomed.
