I have hired Ryan and his team of professional photographers a couple of times now and they are the…read morevery best at what they do! They don't just "take pictures" of real estate rather they know how to create masterful and elegant photographs to bring your home to life in just 2-D form! And if your trying to sell your home like I am, I want the photos of my home to stand out from the others on the MLS. Ryan accomplished that with his state of the art camera equipment and computer technology. Each and every photograph was professionally edited and finished to create that "stand out" effect. The hardest part of hiring Ryan was trying to narrow down which photos to use since they are all SO GOOD!! You definitely will get more than what you pay for!! Ryan was always on time and his team was always very prompt in answering emails and stayed in close communication.

First! Anyhoo,…read moreCalvin was beyond belief. I booked on Peerspace (my first time learning about it), and out of my top three choices to film my client's pilot for YouTube, Vybe Studio was the clear choice. I had seen it a few times driving past--it's within a strip mall and business park on 1960 towards Willowbrook. But now I've gotten the opportunity to film there, and it's got all the bells and whistles: commercial ceilings, blackout curtains, a hedge wall, furniture with real plants, as well as photo lighting and monitors. There are a few other amenities as well, and while Vybe Studio isn't soundproof, it's back away from 1960 that the occasional motorbike isn't a huge audio issue. Calvin was very welcoming and accommodating; we moved all the furniture out the way to clear the blackout curtains for my background, and moved them back. At $55/hr, the price was right--generous, even--for everything that's there, so Calvin and Vybe Studio would be my preference when I need a place to film.

When I first started photography I was shooting an auto and I didn't know much about lighting, Tiffaney was able to adjust my camera settings as well as the lighting for me while I was there. I used their services for my property for AirBNB and web photos. They offer both temporary and permanent licensing of photography packages at an affordable price. For anyone worried about COVID-19 they do wear masks and practice distancing, limit number of people present etc.. I read on their site that you don't even have to be there if you prefer.

He brought his sweet wife along to assist. Our photographs came out great! We had talked to several other photographers before booking Morteza; these other photographers either had prices out of our budget, had pompous and diva-like personalities, or had sub-par portfolios. We are very glad we decided to hire him.

Less than an hr before our booking…read moretime (11:30) on a Saturday, we received a call that my reservation would have to be cancelled due to some water leaking into the building from the rain the night before. I was devastated of course. What's worst is the way the situation was handled by Douglas. Although he was not rude, he did nearly nothing to help us. I feel in that type of situation, you would go out of your way to help find another studio. Instead, he sent the photographer a list of 10 studios. (Mind you, I can pull up a list on Yelp just as easily.) My poor husband and brother dealt with my panic but luckily another studio (not on Douglas' list) came through. To top it all off, I was told via text that our deposit would be returned by end of business day on 9/9. It is 10/1 and we are just now receiving our deposit back. While the studio looks nice and the booking process was simple, I guess be cautious if Houston is going to be having any type of rain or inclement weather. Have a backup plan with this studio especially if you have a special event/time you are trying to capture. The customer service was subpar.
