The owner Alejandro Palomino and his crew are nice people and do a very good job. They were hired to make some upgrades and repairs. While the quality of the work was good and completed on time, just want to CAUTION people to make sure they carefully read the terms of the written contract estimate before signing it; do NOT sign it until the owner signs it too. Be sure to get written notification in ADVANCE if any deviations are required to take place from original contract terms to assure you are both in agreement of the changes BEFORE the changes take place. Don't leave any lose ends or loopholes (or you'll be leaving yourself open to chicanery), don't give of your trust blindly and most important of all, don't pay the estimate cost in full, in advance.. NEVER!!! Hold back at least 50% of the cost and insist on paying it only after the job is completed. REQUEST and insist on receiving a receipt for every single payment/transaction, especially if paid in CASH. Do not pay the balance of your project cost sooner than after project completion & clean-up is done, for no reason whatsoever. Just helps to keep everyone honest, accountable and on the level. read more
