I was hesitant because some of the negative comments about how…read morethey don't show up, don't answer the phone, etc. Regardless I called to set up a proactive pest spray and woman was pleasant, although I had a weird feeling. She told me the price and then when she learned the square footage she said, "in that case we'll have to charge you xx price", implying a higher price. It was fine by me because the new price was exactly the same as what she initially said. She told me they would be in my area the following Friday, which seemed like a long time out, but ok. When I asked what time, she told me it depends on how things go and how busy they are. Not helpful, but then I told her I would not be available in the afternoon so I asked if I could request a morning appointment and she told me that shouldn't be a problem. Appointment scheduled. Fast forward a week and a half and when they hadn't shown by noon, I called to see if they were coming. No answer, so I left a message asking for a call back. An hour or so later....nothing, so I called again. No answer this time either so I left another message telling them to cancel this, and any future "service" because I was taking my business elsewhere, where they would be responsive. Don't waste your time with this Business.

Skylar was great! He not only dealt with the problem, he was very sweet with my mom. He carefully explained that he couldn't always show up exactly as scheduled--because the animals he's releasing don't follow his timelines--but he kept in great touch with us about everything, and the work he did was very neat and professional.
