He's a good ole' boy working a construction business and doing property management in the winters to keep some Income stream. He's not a professional, not anywhere close to a professional. You'll have to spend your time and energy making sure he does his job. He did not perform a walk through checklist or keep a record of the items we discussed so he had no follow through on what we discussed after I traveled six hours to have this meeting with him. He didn't remember items we spoke of during the initial walk through, and can't provide a walk through list or anything we talked about although at the end of the lease he claims he has one, now that I brought up an issue with the renters move out. His contract is one sided in his favor, and He sides with his unstable renters. McKenzie and Mike took up to a week or more to return my calls or reply to my emails, and often not at all. Communication is very poor. When I finally just got blunt about their lack of follow through or communication, they would finally call me back. I don't want to do business like that and I sure don't want to work with someone that does. He also put an unhinged tenant in who left it a mess while Mike claimed it was clean. I had new carpets installed and the tenant left them dirty. He claims he had a receipt for cleaning them. I never saw it. He personally vouched for this guy. When it came to providing the renters notice to vacate (once he heard I was selling the place at the end of the lease), they backdated his notice and gave it to me at their end of their deadline. Backdating a notice to vacate is illegal and unethical. He sent me a nice little passive aggressive email at the end of closing out our business saying how much $ he made me. Which is a total joke since the house was in pristine condition and he put an unstable individual in their in the first place this costing me $. Don't use him. And if you have to for some ridiculous reason, Be prepared to spend your time and energy to make sure he does his job, and remember you're paying him for that. Get everything in writing, communicate only be e-mail.

Terri and Jessica's professional experience isolated me as the buyer from the seller, a necessary tactic with the oddly hostile seller. Unfortunately, the seller breached our contract in many ways, but both Terri and Jessia maintained a professional attitude amid verbal and written attacks from the seller. Terri and Jessica helped us in ways that were above and beyond, like adding cash back to the seller to make up for the seller's inventory discrepancies. Some call that extortion, but they handled it with professionalism. At this same time Terri helped us acquire our new home near our family in a seamless transaction. When escrow closed on our home, we were very late in arriving at our new house, Terri warned us that Murphys closes at 8 so eat before we come up and the key to our new home will be hidden out in the yard for us. We never got that chance to eat but when we entered our new home our counter was filled with food, plates, cups silverware, our fridge was stocked with wine beer, soda, and tons of food! Wow! Terri is AMAZING!! I felt supported at every step, they covered all the fine print, details and answered my numerous questions. They were both especially supportive in court where the judge found the seller at fault with the Pop the bubble business sale and breaching the contract. We failed to read EVERY detail because they are local and my business local. We trusted them. They are thrives and constantly worked for the buyers best interest to get them more money in the end. She also handed my keys at close of escrow to the buyers knowing that we also had 4,000 worth of extra inventory that she was supposed to offer the buyers knowing. Crooks!

I set up auto pay on my dues with them a few months ago. I saw an email that showed I had a balance so I called in and Jodee explained the system changed and that autopay didn't pull the fees. I told her that I wanted to pay my dues that I currently had. I gave her my card number and she ran my card. A few days later, I received an email that says that my license is going to be canceled because I am past due. I log into the NAR website and see that I have $100 late fee assessed because my Calaveras County Association fees are past due. When I called back Jodee said there is nothing she could due about it. When I pushed a little harder, she said Shauna would call me back. I don't think a $100 late fee on a $115 bill is reasonable. If things go like they did the last two times Shauna called me back in the past, there will be no budging on the excessive late fee. There are numerous things that could've been done better. 1.Someone in the office could have reached out to me by phone since the auto pay didn't work any longer with the new system. 2. When I called in to pay my dues a week ago, since autopay didn't work, Instead of just running my card for the MLS, my Calaveras County Association dues could have been paid or at least brought up. 3. Jodee could have figured out a way to waive the late fee or make the calls with whomever to waive late fees since mistakes were made. This is the third time that I have been assessed $100 late fee from the Calaveras county Realtors Association (the first two I paid even though I didn't agree with those either). Side note: I have 850+ credit score and have never paid a late bill or even late interest to anyone else in my life. If things are ever made right with me and my opinion changes of how they run things over there, I will happily delete this review. I believe that they are genuinely good people, but that they are coming short in representing us in many ways, especially when we still cannot access the mls through a conventional website and only through a link that they emailed us 6+ months back. Update: Shauna called me back and she put the blame to her problems on the Calaveras Board of Realtors and the mess she is trying to clean up. I asked her what they did and what she is doing about it. I received no response. She was very rude and short and conversation ended in a hang up from her. She still wouldn't waive the $100 late fee on a $115 bill from the Calaveras County Association of Realtors so I paid the bill with late fee.
