Use a different company…read more After this reply from Academy Mortgage, we contacted the office to reach out to the office manager. Cordially we were promised by the office manager, Andrea Butler that this matter and our concerns would be looked into. At this time emails were offered on our part to validate our concerns as proof of these issues, but the office manager declined them. When asked, it was disclosed that Ms. Hammond has 8 years experience and is not new to this profession. The office manager could not explain at the time why these errors were made by Ms. Hammond other than to add that the computer problems that arose during the time have been fixed. Yes, their computer system had many glitches and was down more than it was up during the time. Our matter addressed phone conversations and email communications between Tammy Hammomd and ourselves. The conversation ended with a promise to contact us again. Our initial review of Tammy Hammond was only acknowledged simply to appear that they care about their customers. It has been a month since contacting the Sonora office and longer than that after filling out the Academy Mortgage in house survey. It is obvious that Academy Mortgage as a company does not care about its customers and our concerns were unheard once the loan process was over. Their lack of response to our concerns shows that customer service is not top priority for Academy Mortgage and the Sonora office.

They care about my family and have a unique way of preventing scams and thefts. They single handedly prevented my father from sending away a few thousand dollars to very skilled fraudsters. When I was in a pickle while out of town this bank hand delivered a check to a local business to help me out. I have never had a bank do this for me. Above all this, the staff are what makes this bank my bank. The manager Gretchen is always kind, willing to listen and refer me to the experts needed in town. Melani the assistant manager calls me if she notices something about my account and has helped me sort out a few mis-calculations. The tellers are vibrant and always so friendly. They greet me when I come into the bank and they even share their coffee. I feel like family when I come here. The commercial banker Mark is always willing to say hi and check in on things with me. He is so knowledgeable in real estate and the local experts he works with. The banker Josh is never afraid to senda friendly smile my way even when he's obviously very busy. Overall they have had my back more than once and I always send my closest friends to them

I did not think that was right but i should have read the contract fully understood it before i signed it and never assume the cancellation clause, i negotiated to pay the commission with the agent to 1/3 of the purchase price to the company gold mine reality, bad way to do business, but ultimately my fault for not knowing and trusting
