When I say book with Terra, BOOK. WITH. TERRA!! You will not regret it at all. The entire time I was in the chair, my ideas for my hair (as irrational and impossible as they seemed) were incorporated in a way that wouldn't have me leaving with 2 hairs on my head. Terra is one of the most honest and helpful hairdressers I've ever met, and she delivered EXACTLY what I needed! The current color of my hair compliments my features SO much better than any color I've ever had before. If you're looking for warm conversation, a friendly environment with positive energy, and an amazing staff dynamic, check out Artisan salon! Will definitely be returning for future services :)

(You know the people who hop from salon to salon trying to find a good fit) Well, until I met Laura I was definitely in category 2. She gets me, and that's saying a lot. The only reason I have long healthy hair is because of her. (I was a chronic cutter... hair cutter that is) I have never left a hair appointment feeling unsatisfied or disappointed. In fact I always leave feeling much better than when I came. She's very easy to communicate with and so unbelievably knowledgeable about her product line. She also doesn't judge me on how much dry shampoo I go through... I'd also like to add that Davine's dry shampoo is amazing! You have to check out her new salon! It's just so beautiful and the staff is amazing. I couldn't be prouder of her.

It still looked like a bowl cut in the front after saying three times I wanted a 50s style haircut. Not only that I paid $48 with a tip included for my son that's 12 years old. He literally came out crying and is now very insecure about his hair. When he got to my car there was hair all over his shirt (like a large amount) and his hair wasn't even styled at all. Mind you this was the second time she fixed it. I asked for a refund of half the cost and they denied to do that. The corrective haircut itself was not worth $48, nor was the experience.
