We visited on a Saturday morning at 9:30 am. (Location opened at 9:30.) This location was open on time but only two employees were present. One employee was moping. The facility looked clean but reeked of marijuana. I believe at one time the building next door was a pot shop. Regardless, the smell was terrible. They left the front door open during our visit. There were only two people working. We had a party of 3 so one person had to wait. Another person walked in behind us and also had to wait for a 3rd employee to arrive at 9:50. Pedicure was good but it wasn't great. Other locations do a really good job massaging your feet or calves. This location did not. Prices were as advertised. Staff was friendly. read more

The business has a lot of possibility. It's a nice clean and bright facility. Two of us had a service and they did as little as possible. After a zillion services at other salons, I would rate the actual services here D-. They applied polish but that's about it. We won't return. read more

I requested my nails to just be painted and fix cuticles & my partner requested a manicure with no polish. We waited for a little over an hour he did my cuticles, two of them bled. It took around 30-40 minutes total just for mine. My partner just got his nails clipped and cuticles pushed back, his took less than 4 minutes. I decided to try VIP again for a pedicure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I didn't want to embarrass my mom otherwise I would have told them I wasn't going to pay. For $50 my feet were washed and covered in mildew towels. My polish started to peel off that evening. My cuticles weren't cleaned up nor were my heels scrubbed. I was looking forward to the massage which there was none. Additionally they had their kid there running around and using the polish, pulling in peoples clothes etc. There was no discipline or boundaries. This was a highly unpleasant and expensive experience. I will absolutely NEVER return and I will go out of my way to share my awful experience with others. I had a manicure, got them painted with gel polish. While he was doing my manicure he made my cuticle bleed, then painted over part of it with the clear polish. My nails look good from a far but anyone sitting next to me could see they looked bulky and small parts of my nail weren't fully covered. read more

I had a full set put on here last Saturday. 2 nails popped off easily on Tuesday, it is now Wednesday and 3 more are lifting! Press-ons from Walmart last longer than their nails. and not to mention it was $50! Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND read more

I went here & got the $35 pedicure with pomegranate. It felt really great & was very relaxing. I got home & realized my heels were still very rough - the main reason I got the pedicure. It felt like they didn't go over them even though I saw them do it. I was happy with it until I realized that. If you have something you want them to focus on maybe let them know ahead of time. read more

I often come VIP NAILS to get Shellac Gel Polish. It can keep about 3-4 weeks stay on my nails. With lots of OPI color options, I changes my nails color every months. They just have new type of nail technology, I'm going to tell everyone a big shout out! DEEP POWDER! After 3 weeks my nails polish stills shiny, look like I just got it done yesterday, UNBREAKABLE ! Even I do gym, do house work hard, my nails keep strong, beautiful! Unbelievable! Unlucky, now They won't see me often because it keep about 5 weeks , so I just come to see them when new nails part come out. VIP nails staffs are always friendly and take care costumers good. Store is clean. Important thing is staffs always listen you to improve their services. read more

Long wait, worst pedicure I have ever had, got the $45 "spoiler" She did a terrible job, mine and my wife's feet are rougher than before we came in, nails are jagged and rough, I am bleeding from the numerous nicks and cuts. Leg and foot massage lasted less than 1 minute as well as the hot rock treatment. This was a very poor job. I swear I could have done a better job on my nails with dull scissors and a piece of rough towel. I will say they had 3 people in the pedi chairs when we arrived, the lady said more were coming. Another group of 4 arrived and 2 additional techs, that meant 9 customers with 3 techs so they were very hurried. That is no excuse, should have got more people or turned some away. I'm student in university near by, this is our favorite nails salon in Oklahoma. We were here first time because my be loved teacher gave me a gift card for my birthday! I was absolutely in love with this place, they are such talented nails artists ! I have never seen 3D nails design until I saw their works. It was the first time I got pedicure too! It was awesome! I feel so much better, my feet were smoothly and smells great from lotion, and my feet got massage all the time. I told them that was my birthday, then they gave me fabulous design for free! I didn't have much idea about what color should I get; after walking in, there was plenty of nails art and manicure plan for me to choose, they suggested me the best deal. I got longer nails with acrylic on , design and pedicure with only $50. They work hard and did amazing job. I love to come back to see them in each 3-4 weeks to get my relaxation time.
