Since they were in the area, we asked for an estimate. Having knowledge of asphalt and construction, I listened to what he was telling me about the driveway condition, what needed done and then the estimate. He was spot on, didn't recommend extra work and knew what he was talking about (No BS). He understands the project is an investment and the customer wants an amazing end product that will last for years to come. I continued to ask questions which were correctly answered with explanation. There was no pressure to decide right then and there. After the crew started and asking how it was going, I told him my background in engineering. The crew took care of the trouble spots, prepped area and put down inches and inches of hot asphalt. I expressed concern for drainage in one area. They didn't ignore the request and ensured proper drainage and slope of the driveway. Within hours of laying the asphalt, it poured rain and I was pleased to see the rain flowing across and not puddling. The job was completed with quality workmanship, attention to detail (drainage) and well beyond a quick thin asphalt overlay. Would recommend and use again. (Then again with the sufficient quantity of asphalt, Patrick is right, I won't need a new driveway for many years to come.) read more

We had been looking to reseal or do *something* with our driveway, since grass was growing through the cracks and we had one corner that always sagged towards our yard. Patrick and Joseph were in our neighborhood and gave us a good price. My spouse agreed to work with them since Joseph could look him in the eyes and say with all seriousness and professionalism what needed to be done. They said that once they did the new driveway, we wouldn't have to worry about it for 30 years. It did take a little longer than expected, and I think there was a delay in getting enough materials to do a great job. They have 10 years experience in Pennsylvania, but only about 1 in Virginia so they have to build up their professional contact list for when issues arise. The team at Pro Craft Paving and Masonry just completed fill and resurface work on my driveway (6/24/2020). They were timely, courteous, and clean. They let me know that the middle portion of my driveway was in good shape and did not need to be replaced; only the top and bottom parts of the driveway needed work. I appreciated that they did not try to up-sell me since this saved me money. They used extra material to fill in the previous area of grass and dirt on the sides of the end of my driveway and used several inches of material on the sides where my inclined driveway met my garage. They did this without including the extra price of material and time in my overall cost. They completed my driveway within a week while also working on 5 other homes in my cul de sac. This Note is referencing our newly replaced blacktop driveway on a hill.  Procraft did a fine job on a 45 year old driveway, which had many cracks with weeds growing in some.  All the workers were hard working and conscientious.  They dug out the old blacktop before adding foundation gravel.  The gravel was rolled so that it was very compact before adding the blacktop. Procraft rolled out the entire driveway and made sure the foundation was secure before adding the gravel and blacktop.  With every change they made sure the drive was firm and level by rolling it. It is a new driveway. Most importantly, Procraft was very neat with exact edging where the blacktop joined our carport's concrete floor and sidewalk.  All areas met up evenly with the concrete and grass as well as the asphalt in the street.  We are so satisfied with a job we could have never done ourselves. read more

Our neighbors were getting their drive-way replaced, so we got a quote too. We had some bad sinking by the garage and near the sidewalk, and the neighbors were having the entire drive dug-up, but they told us that the center of our driveway was in good shape, so they only dug out our edges (saving us money!) and lay a new layer of asphalt. There was no up-sell, no pressure after the estimate. He walked me through exactly what they would do and why--rock-base to prevent future sinking in a few different areas, full new layer over-top to seal it. Even with multiple houses on our street, and some pretty stormy weather preventing work multiple days, they were finished within a week, and we didn't pay anything until after it was done! We just had our old asphalt driveway replaced by Pro Craft and couldn't be happier. They had to first completely remove the old original concrete under the old asphalt. Then they graded and widened the driveway, finally putting down a base layer of compacted stone and then the new asphalt. The whole process took only 2 days! Patrick and Joseph were extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. Before any work was started, we agreed on a price and what exactly was included in that price. The work crew was professional, polite, and did their very best to keep us happy. Before they left, they picked up all trash and power washed any mud off the road and walk. I was going to try and repair my driveway. While I was getting ready a truck from ProCraft Paving was coming down the street. The guy started talking about my driveway and told me what he could do for me. Basically it was rip it out and put in a new one. At the price they offered for doing all that, I couldn't refuse. It took them an hour or two to rip up the old driveway and haul the debris away. They came back, regraded the surface, put in new underlayment, and a new asphalt surface in only a few hours (ok, my driveway isn't all that big). The end result is much nicer than the old one. The asphalt is much thicker. They said I shouldn't have issues with my driveway for a very long time. Procraft did a great job! read more

This company cannot be found on Virginia SCC or DPOR website. I called DPOR and they couldn't find them in their system. They scam is run by two brothers claimed to be Irish. After completing work, they demand cash. If I had known about cash demand before, it would have been a red flag for me. The driveway they installed is butter soft. I parked my car after 7 days and it left tire marks and depression spots where my vehicle was parked over night. I called them to complaint and they have been stalling me for last 3 weeks. No more, I will be pursuing them. read more

Pro Craft started work on my neighbor's driveway two houses down and I was so blown away by the job they did. I hired them, then my neighbors on both sides also hired them. They did four driveways on my street. They pulled out my old driveway extended the side of the drive out to double the parking space and pored a new cement walkway. From the terrible experience we have with these 2 brothers, maybe help some people and don't make our mistake, before they get the job, promises, lie and asking for cash only. They did 4 houses in my neighborhood during summer, collected between 8 to 10 thousand dollars cash from each house and did a terrible job, Any time you call them, they say next week and after few months, still didn't fixed their terrible job.
