Proceeded to clean the fireplace from inside which took l hour or less. Presented the bill and it was almost $400.00 for the cleaning. According to Google a simple cleaning should be somewhere from $150 to $250. Visited the shoppe and texted Robin to let them know that I felt like I was overcharged. Problems with the project were varied, including failure to measure spaces before bringing in project materials, thereby requiring different materials. In addition, the lifting service that was provided did not fix the issue with our kitchen floor. Following the services, we reached out to share our concerns and requested follow up. We never heard back. Nonetheless, they put us on an annual maintenance program and proceeded to send message after message, even after we unsubscribed. When I emailed to say that we had previously requested contact, were ignored, and that we were not interested in further services, the representative simply sent a thumbs up. The lack of professional integrity is stunning. Our concerns could have been addressed in a professional and prompt manner. We were misled by Google reviews and a really talented salesperson. Our experience more closely matches the Yelp reviews.
