Pro Concrete Level is hands-down the most unprofessional, useless company we've ever dealt with. Their work is completely inadequate, and the concrete they supposedly "leveled" is still horribly uneven--essentially worse than before. Despite their claims of a 10-year warranty, we've called countless times to have them come back and fix the issue, and not once have they honored their promise. Their excuses pile up, and any time we manage to get them on the phone, we're brushed off.
The one time they actually did show up, it was unannounced and incredibly inconvenient. We were literally on our way out, and instead of respecting our schedule, they tried to pressure us into letting them stay unsupervised in our home to "fix" the issue. Completely unacceptable. Who in their right mind would let contractors stay behind without anyone home? It was a serious invasion of trust, and it only added to the disaster that this company has been.
To make matters worse, the owner, Mike, couldn't care less about the business or its customers. He loves to brag about how he spends his time lounging in the Caribbean instead of running his company. It's clear this business is just something to keep him busy between vacations--and it shows in the sloppy work and lack of follow-through.
The only remotely redeemable part of this company is the polite lady who answers the phone, but even that's misleading. She's quick to tell you she'll address the issue, but nothing ever gets done. She's either stalling to get us off the phone or giving empty promises that are ignored by the owner and his crew.
Avoid Pro Concrete Level at all costs. Their "work" is a joke, their service is nonexistent, and their so-called warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Save your money and your sanity--hire someone who actually cares about their work. read more
