I mentioned to the guy onsite and he was not concerned. Told me I should have said something before my wash was competed. WTH! I expected my $4.50 back. I ended up spending another $4.50 in a different washer because I had still had clothes to dry. On top of that, he did not place a "out of order" sign on it. SMH Never again, I rather go to a packed laundry mat where customers are properly greeted and know they will do the right thing by their customers.

The people that come to these places are very humble and appreciate the service provided including myself but when it comes to getting a refund which is not entirely the customers fault due to machines not fully working properly. It would be nice to be seen as a person that appreciates the laundry. The person I talked to lacked the common courtesy and compassion that all human beings should naturally have. As a teacher and parent I believe kindness and compassion should always be taught at and early age. I guess some people learn differently. What I learned today was that not everyone is here to serve their higher purpose. But I'd like to thank Laundry Express for allowing me to use your facility. I trust that the one who own the facility appreciate the people who use the laundry mat and not take advantage of people who just needs to use the machines to clean and wash their clothes.

We came to this establishment and I was impressed. It was clean, the customers were all quiet (which is a plus for me), and plenty of machines available for 6 p.m. on a Friday evening. Customer service greeted me with a smile when I inquired about washers. I grabbed one of the carts and went to the car to load all four bags. It was easy to find four washers in the same area. We were finished in 30 mins. Now we are at home by 8 p.m., drying our clothes in the dryer. Yes, if we need to, we will come back.

Water, coffee, soda, juice, slushies, coconut water, chips, cookies, candy, etc. The place also sells all the laundry supplies you need just in case you forgot to bring your detergent or bleach! The bathrooms were not unlocked during the time I was there. There was no attendant to assist but they are currently looking for someone for all shifts! Most places take the short cut and press the whole shirt plus the collar and smush it into the shirt creating a terrible look and destroying the collar (and shirt). I didn't realize how good I had it until I moved away and had to use another cleaners. I cannot yet find a cleaners who can duplicate how they press a shirt. Fantastic product and extremely nice people and therefore are very much deserving of a great review.
