I have been using this service regularly for two years , today I went in and was told it will be a 5 day turnaround on my basket of cloths for wash and fold as they got a "300lb load" well it was good doing business with y'all but it's obvious that regular customers mean nothing . The one time "300lb load" took priority over regular weekly customers . I won't be back .... read more

I was at the laundromat in the middle of drying when the lady who arrived before 8:30 pm was talked to very rudely by the tall, lanky black guy who always wears a white t-shirt and baseball cap. I have also had an experience with that same guy and his very nasty, condescending attitude. He has no problem mouthing off to his customers and frankly, he's getting on my nerves also. When people pay to wash here, they're also paying some of these 'smart-mouthed' employees. If I leave a place due to ugly customer service and I will, my money, family, friends and referrals leave with me. We're a package deal. I don't call nasty customer service 'outstanding'---- I call it 'outrageous.' I guess some of us out there have a higher standard than others, because I don't give a 'shoe shine' how clean a facility is---If the customer service sucks and the employees are popping off their filthy mouths to customers, I have no problem driving elsewhere where I'm treated with respect and staff/and/or customers doesn't STEAL the hard earned money that people come here with to wash their clothes. There's also an active investigation that been opened where law enforcement is now involved regarding an 'incident' that happened here where that same employee is a potential highly viable suspect as far as I'm concerned. Sometimes, people's behaviors and attitudes say it all and I'm going to leave that statement right there and let the law enforcement take it from here. There are not just cameras IN this facility---there are ALSO cameras AROUND that facility at other businesses as well that can see the entire RADIUS OF THAT AREA. Just because someone walks OUTSIDE this laundromat with a customer's personal items to avoid being on camera inside the laundromat DOES NOT mean that what they did OUTSIDE and AROUND the laundromat and the surrounding area cannot be seen. Video footage is everywhere--- not just this business but at other businesses in that same area also. The only person that COULD have stolen my money while I was here washing was someone who KNEW where all the cameras were, so they took their little criminal behavior outside and away from that video that could incriminate themselves. What that idiot doesn't realize is that there is plenty of video footage all over including outside. At this point, when I got home and called the police, I was advised of my right to press charges once the investigation is complete and I plan on doing just that. Happy New Year.. Hope you enjoy that beer and box of cigarettes or those items you picked up from Dollar Tree with my money you stole rather than being a man about it and turning it in to it's rightful owner. but that's ok--- I'm not going to say or do anything to the person that stole my money. I'll let Karma handle that because I assure you, it will. It always does,,,.. Always remember that thieves and crooks are 'friendly' too. They 'smile in your face' too. Per hours of operation from 7am to 11pm posted on both front doors, I left my house on a cold Tuesday night to catch up on laundry that had backed up since my kitchen and laundry room floor collapsed due to an undetected water leak, but they were closed when I arrived at 9:20pm. I returned almost the exact same time Saturday night with the rest of the weeks dirty laundry added to Tuesday's laundry, but when I went inside for a cart to unload the car, I was told they were closing. I advised of my efforts on Tuesday, that I didn't have clean bedding for the cold night ahead or one clean article of clothing for church in the morning, to which he replied repeatedly, "I've been here since 6am". Being self-employed my entire life, I've had my fair share of late hours, often working through the night for an 8am presentation, so that excuse from a business owner didn't hold water with me, but was still turned away. Despite a clean, bright, large space, the business won't last if the aforementioned attitude from management doesn't change. I do suggest, however, changing the posted hours on the front door or honoring them. read more
