I was really hoping I would be extremely impressed with the finalized cleaning however it was a…read morepretty big disappointment. The young lady the company sent was nice enough for sure, but her cleaning was just not very thorough. I paid $170 for a deep cleaning on a two bed two bath apartment, but in my opinion it was much more of a regular cleaning. The glass was not cleaned very well and there was a lot of dust and dirt left behind especially near the toilets. It probably would've been better if they would've sent two people but in the four and a half hours the maid was there, there was a lot left to be desired. Did she clean my place? Absolutely. Did they clean the things they said they would? Absolutely. Did they meet or exceed my expectations? Not at all... They did however schedule me for the day I wanted with a two days notice, that is why they're getting three stars instead of two. When I spend money for someone to clean my home I expect it to be CLEAN.

It gets chaotic when they return from school. And that's what happens every time. It looks like I will be looking for a new cleaning service after the new year.
