The glass was not cleaned very well and there was a lot of dust and dirt left behind especially near the toilets. It probably would've been better if they would've sent two people but in the four and a half hours the maid was there, there was a lot left to be desired. Did she clean my place? Absolutely. Did they clean the things they said they would? Absolutely. Did they meet or exceed my expectations? Not at all... What started out as having the same couple cleaning our home, went to people we never even met in our home on a bi-weekly basis. I consistently had to reach out after services were performed because something was inevitably missed. The last straw was coming home after services were performed to find dust and debris on floors that should have been cleaned. Even more disappointing, the business owner (Brittney) was very dismissive about my feedback and her responses often came off rude and snarky. In my opinion, if you are paying a cleaning service to clean your home, it should look like your home was professionally cleaned. Otherwise, I can do a half-hearted job cleaning my home and save myself $300 per month. Don't get me wrong, we had some instances where we were happy with the service performed, but those were few and far between. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service provided by this company and are choosing to take our business elsewhere.

When these guys were done, it looked like I just replaced the whole tub area. They clean the tub and it now shines, there is no more grout chipping and the floor was sealed perfectly. Reservation for 2 cleaners for 3 hours. 3 days before the service was scheduled to occur I received a call rescheduling the cleaning from a morning arrival to an afternoon arrival. Inconvenience sure but not a deal breaker. As a local, small business owner I understand things happen outside our control sometimes, especially in times of a pandemic. Day of cleaning, 6 hours before service is to start, I receive a call stating 1 cleaner has an emergency and they will be sending only 1 cleaner not 2 and they will get the clean done in 6 hours or less now. Day of cleaning 4 hours before service is to start I receive call for cancellation of service. No cleaner will be coming and they can reschedule for 2 days later. Again the service I booked was a move out clean. 2 days later is after the keys will be returned to the rental company. Not only did they cancel but they have my money on bank hold for a service they didn't complete! Horrible experience. Breach of contract. Cannot understand how a business can function this way.

I'm so absolutely livid right now and I've been trying to cool down for the past 4 hours. I called this company to schedule for them to come out to my house which we were selling. It sold in 4 days, so it was unexpected & we were still doing some remodeling. I emphasized that fact many times , that we added on an entire bedroom in the house and the buyers wanted it cleaned from all the dust and paint (very understandably) before we closed. She assured me that her company specialized in deep cleaning and "move in/move out" cleaning. It was a 1500 sq foot townhouse, it was a 2 bedroom that we turned into a 3 bedroom. Had 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. She told me it would be 6 hours. I quote "I will send 2 people and you will have them for 6 hours". I even thought to myself "wow. She's having them come from 2pm until 8pm? They work pretty late..." She really did make an effort to switch the schedule around & figure things out to accommodate me, which I thought was so nice. Fast forward to the day they came. My husband met them there because I worked. He called me a couple times, but I work in an ER so I'm hard to be reached. I spoke to him at 6 & he told me they just left. I said wow they're done already? He told me "yeah, they said they stayed an hour for free..." Excuse me? From 2-6 is 4 hours and you're telling me that you gave me one of those hours for free? My husband also asked me if I told them not to clean the oven. I was so confused. Apparently while they were cleaning, one of the ladies WHOM I NEVER MET NOR SPOKE TO told me husband "your wife told us she doesn't want the oven cleaned". Excuse me? That's a lie. "I accommodated you because you told me your brother in law got into an accident or something so I switched dates around..." WHAT?! No. That was my B-R-OT-H-E-R. He didn't get into an accident. HE DIED. MY 40 year old brother SUDDENLY DIED OF A HEART ATTACK. I had to arrange for his funeral so my parents wouldn't have to plan his burial. THE DEATH OF THEIR FIRST BORN. I was planning his funeral while trying to figure out the sale of my house. I WAS SO LIVID I HUNG UP ON HER and blocked her number. I haven't been able to calm down since. What an unprofessional insensitive jerk, who not only has liars working for her, she herself is a liar telling me she went there.
