The coffee could not be just left. It is now like new..... I swear if it weren't for the hole worn in the driver footwell carpet by my husbands size 12 shoes I would think they just pulled all the carpet out and replaced it! One day when they were washing my car one of the lads scratched it accidently. The manager apologised and said it was a new guy working there. They called my car insurance and explained what had happened, and they would repay any costs associated with the damage. And they did so when I took the letter with the stated cost to the place. And every time I drive there to wash my car, they greet me and wash it thoroughly.

The guys are friendly, speedy and efficient, and if you go enough times and smile lots, sometimes, just sometimes, they'll give you a free strawberry air freshener. You'll recognise this place by the blatantly ripped of picture of Spongebob (or maybe SpongeRob for copyright purposes?) on all the signs.

The price here is low and what you get for your money is a good service which leaves your car spotless and this without breaking the bank in the slightest. Car washes at garages ect are often over priced and they don't always provide a good service so this place is a breath of fresh air. It was refreshing to see people working hard for their own business and I got the impression that the staff were dedicated to providing the highest level of service and value for their customers.

I made a huge mistake and went the first day the UK had seen sunshine since Christmas - and so did everyone else. I waited in the queue and picked the £9.99 option which included a full wash, dry, buffer, polish, hoover, dusting, wheel cleaning and a free air freshener. If you exclude the queuing, it probably took around 15-20 minutes. The staff are lined up almost like in a factory, all with their little part to play in the cleaning of your car. They were good fun and friendly. I would have given 5 stars, had it not been for the long wait. But to be fair, that wasn't really their fault given the nice weather.

His pricing is competitive for both a half and a full valet. When you see the finished result I very much doubt you will take your pride and joy to any of the local hand car washes, they don't even come close! Mr Soden did a full interior valet and upholstery clean on my car, he managed to remove stains from the seats that others could not 'most of them being oil from takeaway Chinese meals. I am very impressed by his attention to detail and the finished job, I would happily recommend this car valeting service to all!
