The coffee could not be just left. It is now like new..... They called my car insurance and explained what had happened, and they would repay any costs associated with the damage. And they did so when I took the letter with the stated cost to the place. And every time I drive there to wash my car, they greet me and wash it thoroughly.

I made a huge mistake and went the first day the UK had seen sunshine since Christmas - and so did everyone else. I waited in the queue and picked the £9.99 option which included a full wash, dry, buffer, polish, hoover, dusting, wheel cleaning and a free air freshener. If you exclude the queuing, it probably took around 15-20 minutes. The staff are lined up almost like in a factory, all with their little part to play in the cleaning of your car. They were good fun and friendly. I would have given 5 stars, had it not been for the long wait. But to be fair, that wasn't really their fault given the nice weather.
