I think the premises is an old petrol station, with the forecourt being where all the action happens, and the old shop being an "office". I made a huge mistake and went the first day the UK had seen sunshine since Christmas - and so did everyone else. I waited in the queue and picked the £9.99 option which included a full wash, dry, buffer, polish, hoover, dusting, wheel cleaning and a free air freshener. If you exclude the queuing, it probably took around 15-20 minutes. The staff are lined up almost like in a factory, all with their little part to play in the cleaning of your car. They were good fun and friendly. I would have given 5 stars, had it not been for the long wait. But to be fair, that wasn't really their fault given the nice weather.

The staff were exceptionally rude each trying to charge a different price and asking for a different amount of time to complete ranging from 3-6 hours. There was no communication, staff were getting angry with me and one even started to wash my car mid conversation as I was trying to understand what was going on. I saw a sign the other day saying £4 for an exterior wash. Bargain. When I got there I decided a valet was the order of the day, and that cost me £13. Very reasonable, especially given the job they did. About five guys descend on your car at once and clean it speedily, there's even a little place to sit and watch TV while you wait - it takes around 20 minutes for the valet I got, although I'm sure this depends on how many cars are queuing. Rather than wait I popped to Leaf Tea for a coffee - two in the end. When I picked the car up it had been well cleaned on the outside, and really well cleaned inside. They took my new air freshener and replaced it with one advertising their services. To be fair, as air fresheners go, it smells delectable. Like a juicy watermelon that's just been cut in half. Bonus.

Told them how I felt to be told "oh it hasn't been finished can you move it over" (it was parked up an he already told me it was ready after giving me the key). Being very annoyed I told them I would be back in 10 minutes and walked off, come back to a car that was a little bit cleaner but it was still filthy. These are unprofessional sexist pigs, thinking cos your a young woman they can take the mick an get away with a quick hoover, expecting you to pay an not cause a fuss!
