When I their number I just listened to their hold line music. If the person taking my order had taken the time to clarify what I was ordering this never would've happened. If they could rectify this problem on Monday morning, I will take down this review. I don't know any other way to contact this business. I don't normally write negative reviews but I'm so mad that I can't get a hold of anyone. I've called the corporate office and no one picked up. I would welcome a call or communication from them this weekend if possible.

After my car was totaled and the other driver's insurance did the bare minimum, I was stuck. AAA Asheville recommended Rickman's, and I'm so thankful they did. The damage to my car was almost as much as I paid for it, and insurance barely lifted a finger. But Jessica and Daniel worked incredibly hard to get the cost way down--at their own expense and time spent--just to help me get back on the road. When I couldn't pay right away, they didn't pressure me. In fact, they offered to cover a large part of the cost themselves!
