He was annoyed at every turn and after he tinted them we didn't like it and had him take it down. That was our choice and had nothing to do with the good job he did installing the tint. He asked if we were going to pay him and we told him of course we would since it wasn't his fault we didn't like it. He charged us $890 which I thought was way too much for two windows. I just think his attitude was rude and unprofessional.

The old tint was fine, but I had just had the windshield replaced which resulted in the tint being gone. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fit me in because of my tight schedule (totally not their fault) and their heavy workload, but it prompted me to go onto Yelp and leave a review anyway. I'm by no means a recent customer. I found my card they gave me for my warranty, and the install date was in April of 2012. My tint still looks like they just installed it yesterday, and I've done nothing to maintain it except maybe use the glass cleaner that says it's for auto glass. That's it. There's been no bubbling or peeling of any kind since it was installed. You can definitely trust their work here.

My tint rolled up 2 days later. They had me bring my car in. The technician looked it over and felt it was the extremely tight window seal that caused the issue. They replaced my Tint on that particular window. After looking over the rest of the windows. They felt that they needed to just redo all the door windows. So. They had me drop it off early Saturday and by 12 noon. It was ready to roll. Looks just as good as the first time. So. We are all human. Sometimes things just don't work out as planned. However, they stood by their word and repeated the work with no problems at all. They work they did was amazing and at a great price. I even threw in a tip to buy them all lunch. I would say absolutely take your ride to them. A special shout out to Mack. He walked me through the issues and had a game plan to fix it. And BAM!!!!! He did. Great job! All star gets 5 stars

He told me no she could not come in because other people would say something. So I left. If you can't allow my dog to come in from the heat while you are installing it then I do not want to do business with you . Such ignorance!! Thought we progressed through the years

I bought some from Lowe's and my husband and I tried to install it ourselves. What a disaster that was. I then saw an ad in the Mountaineer for Ecoarc. They are a local company that installs window film both for businesses and residential. I called them and got a reasonable estimate. I agreed to the work and they were here just a few days later and did an amazing job. Bryant (one of the owners) arrived at my home on time. Came to the door wearing a mask and proceeded to install the film. He did a professional job and it looks wonderful.
