I just had to create a Yelp account to give a shout out to these folks. Having just moved to Bend from the Midwest (thus leaving my favorite motorcycle shop) I was a little skeptical about what kind of repair service I would find in sagebrush country. My fears were completely unfounded. I have recently had 3 quads and 2 bikes serviced/repaired by Pro Caliber and cannot be happier with the experience. Even from my first trip in to the service area I was treated by the two guys at the front desk like they had known me for years. Now that I am a returning customer I am even more impressed. They know their stuff and really listen. Fair, honest, funny. The repairs I had performed were well done and all my machines are up and running. It is a given that I will be returning to this shop in the future for all my Motorsport needs. I only gave a 4 star rating due to the physical store/shop. It is a dump. The potholes in the driveway almost make me think twice about going there. The shop is a pit of crap. When I go to the service department I feel like I have to yell to be heard over the roar of the bikes and the insanely loud "rock" music being blasted over the loud speakers. If they were smart they would SOMEHOW isolate the service desk from the shop and cut the crap being played over the sound system. Another irritating thing is trying to speak with these fellas on the phone. The noise in the background of the call is just silly. The way it is now just screams "bush league", which is sad because the end result of the service is anything but. I am grateful Pro Caliber is here and highly recommend them. Just put the annoyances out of your mind and bring a sturdy vehicle to negotiate the potholes. read more

Called the service department and was told that they would put on a motorcycle tyre for me. Explained I bought the tire and just need someone to put the tire on the rim. Told me it would 10$. When I arrived they told me that because the tyre was for a "Dual Sport" bike, they won't put on any tire that will be on a street that was not bought from their store. Wish they would have said that over the phone instead of having me drive down there to be told no. Why would I want to buy an over priced tire that I can get for half the price online anyway. I can muscle on the tire myself, but thought 10$ isn't too bad. Stay away from this STEALERSHIP! I know they will waste your time and apparently accountability is an issue with them too from the other reviews. read more

Horrible! My husband bought a jet ski through these guys, first time we had it out which was the day after we bought it, it broke down. It has been in the shop for a month now and still has not been fixed. We have not been able to ride it since we bought it. They are lazy and do not work with you to make things better. Would not recommend!! read more

Wont mount tires that are not bought here. They should state that on the phone when called about tire replacement.

Late On September 3rd I picked up a nail in the rear tire of my Kawasaki concours while on the return leg (Of a 22 day bike tour through the USA) back home to Calgary, Alberta , Canada. Rex had me back on the road with a new tire( same as what was punctured) at 10:30 am Sept 4th which was the Friday of the long weekend. 1.5hrs from dropping it off to being back on the road. My appreciation and gratitude to Rex and the guys at ProCaliber cannot be measured. I will be telling my fellow Canadian bikers that ProCaliber will get you out of a bind. I went in today to close a deal made last Friday per our agreement regarding a KTM Black 2005 950. I gave them my contact info and a price. The salesman and a co worker said they would get me the info from the prior owner regarding whether all the recall/warranty work had been done on the bike. When I arrived and asked where the bike was the salesman said he sold it 2 days ago (Older chubby guy who also said the salesman and kid I was working with never worked there. I have a picture of the kid with the bike.} I told him I had a hand shake deal for it and I was there to close it. He yelled at me that they "typically do not do handshake deals and the salesman never worked there disputed and corrected by the sales mgr who was also there.. Is this how you really do business? I know your reputation with riders in Bend is terrible but really, not even an apology only lies on top of lies. I have worked as a consultant in the racing/events, dealership sales levels in So. California and have never seen anything like this. Oh and the reason for my concern about the recall work was due to the inaccurate pricing of the bike about $1000 to $1500 under market. I asked why it was so cheep I was told because of the mileage. The bike is a 100 to 150,000 mile bike. 34,000 is not much even if it was all off road.. read more

I would NOT recommend doing business here. The salesmen are lazy and won't help you, they will NOT try to give you some sort of deal in order to get your business. When we told them another dealership was going to give us a store credit of $xxx, they said they would match it. And then during the paperwork process, there magically appeared a misc charge of the exact same amount. We should have walked away. read more

Saturday we bought two new Can Am quads here... Total of almost 13k. Got them home and one of wouldn't run... Brought it back and was told Can Am uses bad gas and doesn't drain it out at the factory... The experience working with these guys has been awful. read more

Pro Caliber Bend in Bend, OR. If I could give a lower rating, I would. I was buying a motorcycle from them and dealt with the sales persons Frank and his manager, Craig. Frank took my information and my credit card information for a hold on the motorcycle until my bank could make arraignments for payment. My bank contacted them two days later and Craig sent me and the bank some of the information on the motorcycle to process the loan. I contacted Craig a week later asking why he had not responded to my bank's email and he informed me that they sold the motorcycle to another person. I asked how that could happen when Frank took my credit card information to put a hold on the motorcycle and he said he did not know. He did not appear to be to concerned about it either. Not a good way to do business. I highly NOT recommend them as they have proven their word means nothing. Did not even get an apology. How sad is that. read more

Needed a quik dirt bike tube swap for my boy's bike. Arrived at 8:30 AM and was told by the coffee drinking service department supervisor, who was chatting with another employee, that they "might" be able to get to it by 2:00PM. We asked nicely again, stating that it should only take ten minutes and that we were hoping to head out riding but the supervisor just sent us to a competitor. What happened to Bend and small town service? Heading to the high desert to ride dirt bikes? Bring your tire irons (I'll not forget next time.) read more

What horrible customer service skills in every department, with the exception of sales of course. Nothing but problems since we bought a brand new machine with full warranty. Service department doesn't call back to let you know what is going on with machine and also doesn't call when its ready to pick up. We weren't told until we took our machine in for the 6th time that it is covered under our warranty to have them come pick it up! We have had our machine sitting outside in the rain for a half a month before we called and they told us it has been done for weeks now. WTF?! Bad is an understatement when it comes to customer service at Pro Caliber! Do your self a favor and take your money elsewhere. read more

Its really bad when you buy a new bike from these guys and they never have ties to fit your bike, we got a new tire from somewhere else and they will not mount it because we didnt buy it from them. They never have our size in stock. But yet they well not mount a tire from someone else. buyers beware, and if they order one, it 15 to 20 percent higher than you can get on line for the same tire. First encounter with this business was in 2016. I took my new 2015 Gold Wing to the store's service department because I had a leaking rear hub and the TPMS was illuminated. Despite repeated fillings of the tires I could not get the light to go off. Left the bike and got a call later it was fixed. When ask the cause of the problem I was told they just put air in the tire because it was low. The light was out and I saw no oil on the hub so okay and went home. Within a week the leak was back. Obviously nothing was done and the bike was still under warranty. I was pissed. Second and absolutely last encounter with this outfit was this month. The middle of April I called to get in to get the hub fixed. We were leaving for Homer, AK on May 17 so I asked them to change the oil and really go over the bike. I "didn't want to break down in the middle of the Yukon." Well they could not get the bike in until May 3rd. Getting kind of nervous but okay, made the appointment. Toward the end of April I had a schedule conflict and called asking if I could reschedule for the 4th. No problem. Great. I took the bike in at 1000 May 4th. I again explained that we were leaving for Alaska on the 17th. Okay, but, if it needed parts it may take 5-7 days to get. Ok. 4th to possibly 11 days. Getting real close to the 17th. That was Thursday morning. I happened to be in Bend the next Monday and stopped in to see what progress had been made. Lady looked at her board and told me they would be getting to it the next morning! ----I made an appointment for the previous Thursday. Four work days and bike has not been touched! Really getting nervous and pissed. Got a call on that Friday that the bike was ready. Saturday morning I picked the bike up. I asked the technician what was causing the hub leak and he said it was just a simple RTV leak in the hub and was an easy fix. Great! Then I told him we were headed to Alaska on Wednesday the 17th. He then told the tires would not make it and I would need to get new tires on the trip. Now I am more than pissed. Why didn't someone call me so I could get the replaced?------ Went back to my car and got my leathers on. Approached and mounted the bike from the left side. My wife then followed me home, 25 or so miles away. When I got home I saw the right side engine cover was missing. I called the service department and was initially told they couldn't find it. Could I take a picture of it and send it to them so they knew what they were looking for. Ya, you read that right! I got really pissed. Person told me they would look again and call me back. I got that call and was informed that it was not to be found. Just before I erupted like a volcano he said oh wait, we just found it. Bring the bike back so they could install it. It's cold and rainy -no way. Monday I drove my car the 40 round trip to pick the part up. The lady at the counter knew nothing about it. I am now really super pissed. I was led to the work bay and I found the cover on a shelf. Oh, did I mention I was charged over $400 for what amounted to a oil and filter change? ($330 labor) Because we were on a schedule with non refundable reservations, I had no time to get tires. We arrived in Bellingham, WA with a day and a half to spare so tried to find a tire which I did and it could be installed in a week or so. Called a dealer in Anchorage, AK order new tires for $518 plus $276 installation. Never, ever will this store see me again. What a disorganized place! read more
