Mark was a great communicator and knew exactly what repair I needed, no up selling or trying to over state what repair was required. He ordered the new part straight from the dealer and repaired my bumper quickly. When it's easy for auto repair shops to scam the every day person, Best Choice was honest, timely, and work was quality. He told me they probably wouldn't be able to fully make the dent disappear, but that they'd get it to the point where it wouldn't really be noticeable. I really appreciated the honesty. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore unless I know exactly where to look. The repair turned out way better than I expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were. I was afraid I'd have to take it to the Tesla service center which I'm sure would've charged an arm and a leg, so I'm super stoked that I was able o have the Dent Guys fix it for I'm sure a third of what I'd have to pay Tesla. Definitely recommend the Dent Guys for any dent repair on your car!

He is younger and much more flexible than me and did the job without going under the car. Battery is next to differential and I had to use a creeper and do the swap on my back. I took 90 minutes last time I did a battery swap. We had 10 minutes to chat and Ric lift after cleanup at exactly one hour. 5 stars. I asked for a quote for installing 6 new spark plugs and ignition coils for my 2106 Honda van. The process is 1 pull plug wire 2. Remove a 10 mm bolt that holds coil in place 3. Remove spark plug. 4. Install new plug. 5. Put coil over plug. 6. Replace and tighten 10 mm bolt. 7. Attach plug wire to plug. Repeat 6 times. The 3 rear plugs take an extra 4 to 5 minutes each due to less clearance to rear engine compartment wall. Last time I personally did this on a Honda van it took me an hour and 20 minutes. I checked the 2 flat rate books I have access to and the time allowance was 1.5 hours on the first and 2 hours on the second. I was a bit shocked when Squeaky sent me an estimate for $419 net after a 50 buck discount. Simply put, you priced yourselves out of future work from me. My brick and mortar independent garage beat your price by almost exactly $150. I was a businessman myself, and I know you need to make a profit. I wish you well in the future, but have to rate this transaction as 2 of t stars due to unreasonable pricing. Cannot see using Squeaky in the future.

I damaged my right passenger side mirror and need to be replaced. I took my vehicle at Pro Auto Body and met with Pablo. Without hesitation, he called Toyota dealership for a replacement mirror. He then quoted a price for the replacement and labor. I agreed that the price was reasonable. He told me to come back in two hours after he picked up the replacement mirror. I've been to several body shops before this one and this definitively the best one in every aspect. Pablo is very attentive and genuinely loves what he does and cares for his customers. I came in for a paint and scratch touch up and it was done in a few days with prompt communication, good pricing and it turned out amazing. Pablo was great. He had me take a few pictures of a back fender bender on my Toyota Camry and I texted them to him. Later on in the day Pablo called me back with an estimate and it was very fair. When my brother began having issues with our longtime repair shop, I recommended Quality Star. He quickly became a loyal customer and often spoke highly of Nick and his team. He especially appreciated the extra care they took with his truck--not only fixing it properly, but also cleaning it, restoring his headlights, and returning it looking almost new. Seeing how much pride they took in their work brought him great joy. After my brother recently passed away, I began experiencing repair issues with the same longtime shop and decided to get a second opinion from Quality Star. They inspected my vehicle at no charge and discovered that low-quality parts had been used. They even prepared a detailed report so I could take it back to the original shop while the work was still under warranty.
