Julien sat us down individually and designed the tats effortlessly. It was mind blowing. He then tatted each of us individually (only 1 person allowed upstairs in the tatting area). So we chilled downstairs near the cafe (it's so cool you can get something to drink while you wait). I had a matcha green tea with oat milk, was not good but I drank it. Anyway, I am IN LOVE with my tattoo and Julien did a PHENOMENAL JOB I'M BLOWN!! No after care instructions are given and though I'm not new to tattoos, I've never had the saniderm on after getting tattooed so some after care instructions would have been nice (we had to look up some instructions online). It's cash only so be prepared. They do have an ATM but you will be charged fees by your bank They didn't provide a receipt which was also lowkey annoying but I didn't argue it. Cristina, who is new was amazing and so sweet and make sure that both of us felt really comfortable with our tattoos. This couldn't have been a better experience!

I have been tattooed at this location four times, once by an artist who is no longer there, and three other times by Ashley Dale. I cannot say enough great things about the shop. It is super conveniently located, very clean, and has friendly staff to make sure you feel welcome. They even have clothes for sale with some of the artists' work that was suuuper well priced on my last visit. Ashley's work has always been beautiful and is consistently the pieces of mine that I get asked about most on the street. You wouldn't believe the number of people who stopped me in Costa Rica to point out my Dali tattoo. Overall the artists in the shop are great across the board and the place is clean, stylish and very well maintained. You shouldn't have any hesitation about trusting the artists here to put out great work.

Martin did a wonderful job tattoing my wife on her ankle it was some Asian character letter's the size of a business card and he charged $60 bucks which is about right and gave him extra cause the tat just came out that good. The other staff seems friendly as well. Haven't got anywork done by anyone else but, sure they do just as good of a job. The shop otherwise is great if your down there. It's a safe bet.

It's an awkward situation but the piercer was new when I got my first piercing last month and I wanted someone this time with more experience. She was perfectly fine, I just wanted a more experienced piercer this time(especially since it's my nipple being pierced). She was great and very welcoming, there was just some complications with the piercing because she was new. (It's been a month, I'm sure she's great now and in the swing of things). I just wanted someone with more experience with this very personal piercing. A man who I believe that was the owner asked me why I didn't feel comfortable with this piercer, fair question on his end. But he started talking to me about this in the lobby lobby out loud in-front of everyone, even in-front of the employee who I didn't want to pierce me. It's a simple mistake but if you have someone to talk about and a discussion that's personal, don't do it in-front of everyone and the employees. I felt uncomfortable, especially when I felt like I was being talked down to by an older man when I was just trying to be a paying customer. I believe he realized his mistake abc we had pleasant conversations from there. Piercing went great with another piercer, just an uncomfortable situation for me.

This was the first rib tattoo i have ever gotten but Chris was great, really helped me through it all and would always check up to see if i was doing okay as it can be pretty tender getting inked in that area. 3 hours there felt like 30 minutes, super happy with my tattoo so thanks again Chris you're a legend ! Jessi and I chatted about the font of the letters I wanted and the location on my wrist. They fit me in for a 6:15 appt. I showed up on time and Jessi was ready. I was out of there by 6:35 - the tattoo itself took about 5-10 minutes. I got a small tattoo on my left arm and I specifically asked that the lines be as thin as possible. The stencil looked great, and the artist started tattooing me. I looked at the finished product and my heart sank a little! The lines were extremely bold. Not the end of the world, but disappointing. I also found it a bit weird that they wrapped it up with saran wrap and kept it in place with duct tape. Evidently, they need to up their game a bit. Most shops use legit pre-packaged bandages. Much more sanitary. Overall, I wouldn't go back. It's nice to see that other people had good experiences though!
