Felix wanted to provide an accurate quote, so he made arrangements to come do an in-person evaluation. His pricing was VERY competitive for all the detail his cleaning would provide. Despite the positive reviews I read before contacting Juan I was disappointed with the service…read morereceived. I will say he is quick to respond but the experience wasn't great. On the day of my scheduled appointment he notified me that his worker would not be able to come because he was in a car accident. Understandable, accidents happen. I did explain that I was on a tight deadline before a big event at the house so Juan said he would personally come clean the windows the next day. He did not but he did send another worker. However, Juan did not communicate to his worker that he was supposed to clean the interior as well so I had to beg him to stay longer to do so. Then at the end of it all I was left with several scratches on a glass slider that were not there before. When I reached out to tell Juan that the glass was scratched he just denied any responsibility (even though he was never on site to see what happened). I have since been informed by other professionals glass can be scratched during cleaning by small sand particles if the glass is not properly rinsed off before starting the glass cleaning.

Yesterday, Alex came to my house for the window cleaning. He was on time, very respectful of my time and my business. I work from home so Alex went and cleaned my home office window first so that I can have uninterrupted day in the office. I love that! He also cleaned my shower glass doors and bathroom mirrors. When I walked into the master bathroom I had feeling I walked into brand new bathroom. He managed to clean water build up on the shower doors completely. Trust me, I tried many many times and some residue would always stay behind. I highly recommend this business and I'll use them again!
