We love that he answers his phone and he can accommodate us when we need him. But more importantly, his window cleaning service is amazing! We had some old, ugly tinting in my commercial space in Bermuda Dunes that needed to go away. He charged me a very fair amount to pull it off. Although I'm sure it was frustrating, he didn't complain and he made it perfect! My windows sparkle and it's makes me not want to put my displays up because I love being able to see thru them. Inside and out, the windows are spotless. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Austin. As a matter of fact, he is at my commercial space again right now doing another clean. Thanks Austin for your superb professionalism.

From the dust and dirt in the air to the occasional sprinkle, keeping the windows clean is something that is hard to keep up with. After looking at several other businesses available in my area, we selected CxN to tackle our home. After my initial inquiry I received a very competitive quote, and scheduled the appointment. As promised, Chris arrived to our home on-time and quickly began the job of cleaning the inside and outside of our windows. Again, a two story home does not make for cleaning the outside of windows easy. Chris had all of the right equipment to make this job easier and our windows began to shine once again. It's amazing how clear the glass was and our incredible Mountain View was vastly improved. The pricing we received was a great value considering how much attention to detail was taken to ensure that every window was shining and no mess from the working being done. Needless to say, we talked to Chris about a regular schedule to have our windows cleaned and now have that reoccurring appointment that will make our home shine. Thanks to CxN Window and Driveway, we can see all the beauty that desert living can give. Cheers to CxN on a job well done!!!

He stated he had something better that would last longer. I asked if I did part of the driveway if that would be weird and his response was no. See photo, horrid. When questioning Jeff about this he states it will lighten up after 4-6 months in the sun. (the contractor who did my driveway said it will never be the same again) In questionning Jeff about the shine he stated that is what most/all of his customers want and then stated that is what he had in his garage. Never asked me if I wanted gloss. I now have this ugly driveway and I have to live with it. I do not want to put gloss on the entire drive. I have sealed the rest myself with natural. I reached out about a non-typical issue (a chemical smell coming from my windows), and I immediately noticed how great he was at addressing my specific concerns and making sure I knew he understood what I needed done. I really appreciated that! He booked my appointment for later that day, so I was thrilled. He was minimally disruptive to my neighbors, he came in with all of his own professional supplies, he took a moment to debrief with me, and then he got to work. Once finished, he let me know, and he made it super easy for me to pay by sending me a payment link. I REALLY appreciated this. The payment link allowed for all kinds of flexible payment options. There was a very small and reasonable fee for paying with a credit card. His pricing seems fair and reasonable, and he did a fantastic job. I will definitely be hiring him again for future jobs and would recommend him to anyone I know. It's clear this company's protocols are designed to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant from start to finish, and that was certainly my experience. My windows look fabulous, and he was able to get them cleaner than I thought possible. Now I'll be putting up some bird-safe window decals so that birds don't accidentally run into such sparkling clean windows, which may not be visible to them. Thank you, Pedro!
