The bride and groom's parents rode in it on a hot summer day, and the air conditioning didn't work at all. They were sweating, uncomfortable, and nearly passed out from the heat. When we called to share our concerns and how unacceptable the experience was, the company did absolutely nothing. Instead, they tried to shift blame by claiming the party bus was left a mess--when in fact, it was filthy from the start. The only person who acknowledged the issue was the party bus driver, who actually apologized for the smell--so you know it was bad. I'm also a travel agent and book a lot of transfers for clients. This company will be going straight on my *do not recommend* list. If you're planning transportation for a special occasion, I highly suggest looking elsewhere.
