The price was right ($30 dollars for a one way trip or $50 round trip), and the pickup location was very convenient - right outside the Starbucks on Park St. The gentleman that runs this service is a sweet and personable. Though I was the only person on the shuttle at the time, he honored my appointment and delivered me promptly to Newark Airport. My only complaint is that the shuttle does not run after 6 at night. My late night cab ride home($60) would have covered the round-trip cost of this shuttle ($50).

Our driver (we didn't ask his name but I know he was Turkish because we had a nice conversation with him and my husband and I were trying to guess his country of origin--I guessed Egypt, my husband correctly guessed Turkey) Well, our driver was friendly, courteous, carried all our luggage, and was a great driver. 4. Today, I received an email message from the owner asking for my feedback of my experience----so maybe he is truly trying to make an effort for better customer service. We have them booked for our pickup too, so hopefully, they will merit 5 stars for the return trip as well.. UPDATE on the pickup: We receive a phone call confirming our pick up the day before. Everything seemed very professional compared to car services I have used before. I got a phone call and e-mail confirmation. They make you provide a credit card number, but it is just to reserve the car and they don't charge it. The driver was prompt and arrived a little earlier than my pick-up time. However, when I got to the airport the actual fare was much more than I expected. The $45 did not include tax, tolls, or tip--which was stated on the website--but in the e-mail confirmation I was sent the tax was included and the total came out to $48.15. The driver charged me $68 when I arrived and when I asked him to break down the price he just estimated the charges and didn't seem sure of it. I'm not from the area, but $20 in tolls seems like too much to me (I could be wrong, but I think we only went through one toll booth). I had to catch my flight, so I didn't really have time to dispute, but I did follow up with an e-mail to the company. I got a response back just saying they would look into it, but that's as far as it went. If using this company, I would try to get an accurate quote or look up toll charges ahead of time.
