Needed to have nails done so stopped by this salon last minute…read more They totally exceeded my expectations. Noticed it has a different name and customer service was great. They were very accommodating and they seemed appreciative for getting business. The woman who did my nails was very experienced. She knew exactly what to do for me to have a relaxing experience while giving me a beautiful pedicure. I really liked the way she shaped and polished my nails as well. I am very particular with the shape. I'm also picky with the polish. I really like the squarish shape and the thin coats of polish as this technique makes nails look much more refined. Unlike some other nail techs who have made my nails look super thick, short and bulky with their shape and polish styles, this nail tech did not do that. She was very skilled and made my toe nails look thin and very elegant. Some customers walked in as I was done, and the nail techs were courteous and accommodating with them as well. Highly recommend this place. Staff here are very talented, professional and friendly.

The lady who did my pedicure was extremely rude and didn't say one word to me at first. I sat down and she was rough to say the least. She was pulling my feet and just wasn't pleasant at all. She finally asked what color which I replied white tips and then seemed to be annoyed when I asked twice to make the white tips thinner. I finally just said that's fine so I could leave. The ONLY reason I am giving two stars is because the lady who gave my daughter her first ever pedicure was pleasant and did a great job on her toes.

Carmen always made you feel welcomed as soon as you walked in, she cared about her customers. Greeted you with a smile and did a wonderful job styling your hair. However, now that her son is running this establishment things have changed. I have called and the phone rings and rings like if no one works there. I asked friends from King City to find out if Moya's was still in business. Well, apparently it is. I have been trying to get an appointment for weeks now and I still haven't gotten an appointment. Very unprofessional!!! Anyways, I will no longer bother I will just take my business somewhere else and will definitely let people know. Very disappointed with Moya's Salon. Maybe Carmen should consider coming back. I had to give it a star cause it wouldn't let me posted it, but it deserves a zero!!!
