A Technician at…read moreBill's put the truck up on the rack then came and got me after he had looked it over so I could see what was going on. Components on my truck had been put on backwards. The Zerk fitting was pointed into the tire and there was no way to connect a grease gun to get lubricant into the joint. Plus there were a few other things that needed attention. So I had the front end reworked. Now it doesn't make a sound. No more grinding or squeaking. They have the equipment to align the front end so that's all correct after all the work. All of this took almost all day. I had the truck there at 8am when they opened and they called about 3:30 in the afternoon to say it was ready. I would highly recommend "Bill's Motor Works". It is a highly competent staff. Beats the dealer hands down. I was pleasantly surprised when they presented me with the initial estimate. For all the work that was needed I expected a hefty price tag. Not so! Bill's is very affordable and that is a nice thing to find when today's prices are getting a little out of control. Will I be back? I've already called, YESTERDAY.... I asked "so do you folks do tires"? yes they can. So I'm getting tires shipped to them and they will mount them for me. Yeah, I'm not happy with the local tire companies either.
