I moved everything in the house away from the windows & took off work. The day of the appointment, no show, no call, no text...nothing. I send them a message, no response. I call, no answer. I leave a detailed message informing of said appointment & no contact regarding no show. A day or two later I get a text, (not a call) asking, "the guys really didn't show?!" Yea dude, NO ONE. No apology! They asked if we could reschedule. I said sure but to my convenience. I wanted a weekend since I had scheduled to be off work for the appointment. They got back to me again a day or so later & said, "can't do a weekend". So I said, I'll go elsewhere then. They replied "OK" totally fine with losing a customer. Unreal! This company clearly does not value their customers with that flippant attitude. They don't need you so, don't use them. I suggest you go elsewhere where they actually value their customers & will uphold the appointments they make! This is clearly a very poorly run joke of a business.

I highly recommend that you not use this company as they are unreliable.
