I have never had a professional window cleaning service, but I saw great reviews for Platinum Window Cleaning, so I gave them a call. I was so happy to hear that they also cleaned out gutters, which we needed badly. Their pricing was very good, and they were exceptionally easy to work with. But, nothing could have pleased me more than the service provided by Cody and Christian! They were extremely polite and professional, and got to work quickly! They cleaned the gutters, then moved on to clean the windows and screens, inside and out! When I asked if they would like for me to raise all the shades to the top, Christian quickly assured me that he had worked these kinds of shades before, so he would take care of it. Then, he impressed me even more when he offered to set the blinds back in place when he was finished! I truly cannot recommend Cody and Christian highly enough! Cody and Cory came to clean my windows, inside and out and a couple of interior doors. I have used Platinum for the past 3 years. I'm always pleased with their work. The insides were cleaned well, including the shutter slats and sills. I give that part a 5. The outside was not quite as clean and I had to go over some areas of smudge. When I asked about the door's exterior, I was told they usually only do the glass, but he did oblige me and wiped the door trim. I give the outside work a 4. My front door has stationary iron work which makes it hard to get to the glass, which means it requires a little patience and work. Cody was very personable, I did not have much contact with Cory. Highly recommend Platinum Window Cleaning. Requested a quote late in the day (after hours) and received a phone call the very next morning from Amanda who was super sweet and very knowledgeable. She had Paul come out to give me a quote. He contacted me when he was on his way. Unfortunately, I was not at home but he came out anyway with my permission. He text a video to me explaining pricing and left the quote on my front porch. I accepted the next day and scheduled a date to have my exterior windows cleaned. David called when he was on his way (time was exactly inline with the window they gave me). He did an excellent job. Everyone was super friendly and responsive. Platinum Window Cleaning was scheduled at our house for cleaning of windows (inside and outside) and cleaning of the window sills on short notice. They had a cancellation and fit us in on short notice. The three individuals (Cody, Ari, and Ethan) showed up at the house on time and were very respectful and left their shoes on the front porch. They removed the screens and proceeded to split up and clean the windows on the outside of the house. Upon completion of the outside of the windows, they came inside and cleaned the windows quickly with the group of 3 technicians. I would definitely recommend Platinum Window Cleaning to others. We had the 3rd of our triennial window cleaning with Platinum Window Cleaning yesterday. Tyler did a great job washing all of the outside windows and doors...around 25, and did the inside touch up of our kitchen and living room windows. Those are the only ones without blinds so dirt is more noticeable, especially at night. We love the job Platinum does and expect to continue having them wash our windows for years to come. I want to add that the first time they came out (Nov 2020), we had them take down and wash all the screens, clean the sills and tracks as that had not been done for several years. That first visit cost a bit more, but it was needed and well worth the cost. read more

They were communicative and arrived on time, were extremely careful to protect every surface around the interior and exterior of the homes, explained their process and any findings they noticed during the cleaning, were efficient and thorough, and were so kind in every exchange. This was my first experience using Platinum Window Cleaning. I had seen them in my neighborhood several times and decided to stop and get more information as I have A LOT of windows in my home. We've been platinum window cleaning customers for 2 years and are SO pleased every 6 mos months when they come out and shine things up! We've had them do the outside as well as the inside (including the tracks and seals) and they always do outstanding work. On 11.15.21, Andrew Torres cleaned our windows. I have previously reviewed Andrew (5 Stars). We have a west-facing window in our 2 story entry which has a motorized blind to help reduce afternoon sun from bleaching out furniture, photos, etc. Anyway, Andrew cleaned that window but failed to lower the blind the entire length of the window by 1/2 inch. The blind wouldn't work. We called Platinum. On 11.22.21, Justin Kase came out to lower the blind completely. While on the ledge lowering the blind, Justin asked my wife if she would like him to dust the ledge. She said yes and he did. Again, Platinum's employees go above and beyond! read more

Houston, the estimator, explained thoroughly the procedures and the few inevitable limitations of this project, so I felt well informed, The quoted price was very reasonable. I scheduled 3 companies to give me a quote for cleaning my windows inside and out and to clean my gutters. One company was a no-show, one company came a day late with no advance call but Platinum Window Cleaning showed up on time and gave me a very reasonable quote. For the cleaning, the company sent their technician, David Huff who was on-time, very professional and friendly. He completed the job and everything was beautiful! He was fast and cleaned up the debris from the gutters and hauled it away. Very impressed with their service and will use them again next year. Booking is easy and done efficiently via text or email or over the phone. They always want me to be completely satisfied. They typically perform the exterior window cleaning for me several times a year (this is what Hank did today) and I can easily add interior window cleaning service if I want to at the time of booking. Just makes me want to sit here and look at them!
